Took my truck 2014 Freightliner 400,000 MI on it in full rehaul of fuel injection system fuel rail replacement because of dirt grime and sand was in the system purchased over $10,000 worth of parts and was told and paid full Bill totaling 18,000 picked up the vehicle when it was said it was ready core setting forever which states that the vehicle was never ran and tested to make sure things will probably running right took the vehicle with me Park the vehicle drove the vehicle to a wash at the truck stop Park the vehicle went out to start the vehicle twice a week was about to put the vehicle to use with the company and before I could get it out my driveway the engine locked up I went and talked to the foreman he says that his mechanic was a good mechanic and done many vehicles with no problems they took forever to let me know after checking that it was the crank which the vehicle I have a video ran great and I have records of it being in my past truck at an old company I bought it always had one great and I asked the foreman was the oil pan dropped to make sure all the breeze was out so it would not seize a cause low oil or pressure he could not state that he did State the vehicle was drained and new oil added with filter put in I told him that if the mechanic did not drop the pan suffice it to say that the material may not have been cleaned out and that once I have received the truck back I have video of underneath and around the vehicle showing that the oil pan was never dropped and now they have the vehicle back and if choose to avoid taking ownership of repairing a vehicle. I have never experienced such a situation because I've been getting the runaround the avoidance of call back and now things have to go into legal logistic measures do not Gamble on your livelihood.

First time use them for oil change only in 2014. And now use their service twice within a month to fix my old truck, that been seating for a year in the parking lot. They did it great, on timely manner, with the reasonable price. Special thanks to foreman Danny! Five stars.

I have dealt with Northland Truck Service for the last 8 years. The customer service and sense of urgency is 2nd to none. Start to finish, regardless of how big the work load, Danny, Wes, and Mike have ALWAYS gone above and beyond! We have tried other shops and after a few trips back for the same issue, we learned to just let the NTS guys handle it from the beginning. I will never use another shop, again!

We use Northland Truck to service our fleet of delivery trucks . They have gone out of their way to help us out to get our trucks back and on the road as soon as possible. I have never had an issue with them and highly recommend them .

Dropped my truck off for service. Checked on it and they say yes it's ready. Get there truck in same spot with a drained battery and a locked club on the wheel not to mention my brakes were terrible locked....? I asked the foreman for assistance and when I say his face turn a shade of red!!! As he asked the tech to briefly! Yes he said!!! Briefly assist her! I couldn't do anything but walk out. How does service just take your money for repairs and not test drive or move the truck. I just hope and pray they correctly fixed my truck. I most definitely will not visit this shop ever again nor would I refer anyone! Some say it's covid but personally i think people are just tired of faking it for a JOB!!!. PEOPLE NEED TO DO WHAT THEY ENJOY DOING FOR WORK. LETS STOP MISTREATING EACHOTHER...just for a buck!!! Terrible service from the foreman. The tech was nice,friendly and super knowledgeable. Sucks that he reports to whomever his boss is!!! But then my extended service company sent me to this company. Sometimes you get what you pay for #facts

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a shop. Constantly being lied too and was promised my truck will get done in 3 days when it took almost two weeks. Very unprofessional.. would not recommend their services.

You will NOT find a more professional shop foreman (Danny) or qualified technician (Derrick) anywhere. Twice, Danny fit me in his busy schedule and put Derrick quickly to the task. There’s no lollygaggin’ or dragging ones feet at THIS shop. You actually feel that you get your money’s worth - a rareity nowadays. I’ll be back.

Would highly recommend! We are a small company with 4 trucks and they have been able to get us in on short notice and back on the road within a few hours, which is really helpful. I really appreciate that they take the time to write out a very detailed description of what exactly was done with the truck. It helps me understand what I’m paying for, and helps me keep track of what maintenance is done on what truck. These guys deserve your business, you won’t be disappointed!

Wrong estimates...... my Kenworth T680 broke down, it was leaking def line near pump . need to replace def line, according to northland cost 700$+ 100$ speed post & actual cost 360$ at Kenworth. Northland truck service quoted me double price. I told them I check actual price with kenworth. they reduce the part price but still charge 200$ more then Kenworth. At end I got to know that they have no computer reset system. my truck was power derated so I have to visit Kenworth to clear lights & codes.

We took our Compass Transportation company truck there and were very happy with the results. They have great service, are eager to help, and are very knowledgeable in their work. We will definitely be visiting them again next time we need work done on the trucks!

Quick service at a reasonable price. Had a DPF problem that Gary fixed for me . He is very experienced and informational. Will definitely recommend this guys.
