Victoria and Franklyn were so kind and easy to work with. I was kept in the loop every step of the way not only via automated texts but from Franklyn as well. Professional, courteous and timely. Was surprised that my car looked nicer than how I left it (damage aside). Had been washed and even more surprised that they had done my interior as well. The customer care and attention to detail is what really means the most. Thank you guys!

My car looks brand new, and they were excellent to work with. They have a relationship with a good rental company too, so it was easy to deal with getting a rental while my car was being repaired.

Great experience from the start. Great attention to detail. They even bought me a new air freshener that was new when I brought the car in, but done when I picked up the car. Good people, did great work on my cream Subaru. Looks amazing. Just great experience all the way, thanks everybody. They earned all five of the stars.

Horrible experience and will not go back. I have been a customer of this body shop for 20+ years and will not go back. It has changed ownership recently and new owners seem unorganized and unprepared. I was in an accident 2 months ago and just got my car back. After dropping my car off in late January, it took the shop 2 weeks to get back to me to see if it was fixable or not. Then I had to keep calling to get answers because nobody calls back. Then i recieved a text message 2 weeks later saying my car was going to be done and ready for pick up. This was a false text and i didnt recieve the car for another month after that text. Upon getting another text about 3 week later I thought my car would be ready to pick up. i called 3 times and nobody called me back until the following week and said your car is now ready. Bad Customer Service, poor phone/text system and slow repairs. sorry but I wont be back to the shop for any body work. The only reason i scored it a 2 stars was because the work was done pretty good, just everything else was a nightmare.

Had a mis hap w/ the rear gate of my Subaru and a moving garage door. Few dents, numerous scratches. Long Pond Auto Body warned me that it might need to be replaces as it's aluminum which doesn't always cooperate (no memory) with dent removal. So they gave me 2 estimates. I planned for the worst. Well, they were able to fix it (much less expensive!) kept me informed every day, and did an incredible job. Looks great! And they were a true pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Long Pond Auto Body did an amazing job making the repairs in a timely fashion. Customer service was great, and I would highly recommend anyone to use them. Thank you !!!! Just a little follow up, we discovered an issue with our a/c that had gone undetected since the accident occurred in late April. Now being June. I called Long Pond Auto Body and explained the issue. They got us right in and fixed the issue without any hassle. I can not say enough about the quality of work and customer service. Please do yourself a favor and use Long Pond Auto Body for your vehicle.

My car toyota sienna xle 2017 After searching for many places to repair car bodywork and comparing prices and services through customer opinions or stopping at those places to inquire, I found the Long Pond Auto team to be distinguished and have high morals, , and after their repair and installation of the bumper repair and paint for the bumper, as well as their doing additional work for free, such as removing scratches and repainting those places, I was surprised when I saw my car became a new car out the dealership. Words cannot express my feelings. Their wait times for an appointment may seem a little long for an estimate at first (about 1-2 weeks), but trust me it's worth it - and it's most likely because of how amazing they are so it's no wonder they are busy!! Words can't describe enough how amazing the team is here. Johanna, Tammy, and of course all the mechanics. This was my first time using an autobody shop (totally clueless) and they made me feel so comfortable and not worried at all (and I'm usually an anxious person). They fixed my car so fast (I was working with a very limited timeline) and they were so understanding. They also helped with handling any and all insurance inquiries and submitting all the necessary paperwork and photos needed. My car looked brand new when they completed all the necessary work. So happy with their service. I can't recommend them enough. Will use them for all my future repair needs and you should too :)

They refused to repair my vehicle based on its age (2004) even though they were referred to me by the insurance company. I find this to be fraudulent, unprofessional and unethical behavior. I would not recommend this business to anyone
