Alternator went out over the weekend, stopped by Monday morning and Taylor knocked it out right away as I had to be in Rapid Monday night for work on Tuesday. Polite, informative, helpful and quick.

Excellent service! We discovered our alternator may be going out after the battery light came on and charging the battery wasn't charging. It's our only vehicle and we had to be out of town by that evening so we stopped in, Taylor checked it said it was the alternator, explained what he had to do and how long it would take and cost. It was half what my husband was expecting and Taylor was going to get on it right away. Will recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

This is an outstanding repair shop. I was referred to them from another repair shop that was booked out, they were able to get my truck in the shop, they fixed the issue I took the truck there for and the underlying issues

Fantastic auto shop. I destroyed the steering rack on my 2012 Toyota Tundra. They quickly diagnosed the problem and patiently provided details on the problem and solutions. They provided a reasonable quote, fixed it quickly, and even billed me under the original quote. Very nice, very competent mechanics. I will not go anywhere else.

I drive a Nissan and they have serviced it as well as made repairs. They are always take the time to check out any issues and very honest about what needs to be done. I very much enjoy my older vehicle and because of them I have a dependable safe vehicle to drive. I highly recommend them.

I had an incredible experience at this auto repair shop! Despite it being nearly closing time on a Saturday, Taylor went above and beyond to fix our car as we were passing through Gillette, Wyoming. His dedication allowed us to get back home on the same day. I'm truly impressed by his kindness and professional. I wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars. The price I paid to have my car fixed was definitely well worth it. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic at a reasonable price. My husband took his diesel truck here as well to have work done and was happy with the service as well.

This shop is great. They really saved our butts when a CV joint went out on a cross country drive. We went to 4 others shops in town and everyonewas booked out for weeks. They slid us into their busy schedule and got us back on the road in hours 🙏🙏🙏 thanks guys!

Traveling back home and we have mechanical problems. We called Northwest Auto Repair and they got us in this morning. The mechanic diagnosed the problem in no time. We got a quote at a reasonable price. We will be home today!!!!

Everyone at Northwest auto was incredible. My wife and I lost engine power in our 2017 F350 15 minutes outside of Gillette and they were the only shop in town who would get us in on such short notice. They quickly found out it was our fuel pump and another wiring issue and had the part here fast. Knowing we were form out of town the issue was fixed in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this shop and we will be using them again if we need a mechanic when in Gillette.

My husband took our vintage Malibu station wagon in for multiple repairs. Taylor did an amazing job, and was very knowledgeable we have been in Gillette 4 years, and have not had great service like this anywhere. We highly recommend Northwest Auto repair!

Taylor was the ONLY shop in town that was open to repair a problem on a Saturday. He CAME to us and fixed the problem on the spot. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He was cordial and professional. Thanks Taylor for a great experience!

The couple times I’ve been here, I was helped by Dillion. He was very patient with my questions and gave me explanations to help me understand and better maintain my car. Whatever issue I took my car in for was fixed within the time frame given. I appreciate that.
