These guys are awesome. They quickly identified what was wrong with my heating and A/C. Changed the temp sensor and got my Jeep working in 1 day. Also changed my oil and rotated my tires. Cost was reasonable as well. Will definitely return for my Oil Changes moving forward.

Great first time experience, was going to bring my car to the dealership but much better decision to bring it to NAS! And having Dustin take care of everything with the car. Keep the money in the neighborhood and support local businesses.

I walked in cold turkey just because it was close to me. From the opening hello all the people I dealt with were very professional, understanding, good listeners and seemed to genuinely want to help. I made an appointment and from that I received excellent information, assessment, and a thoroughly detailed quote, on-line, with pictures! Since I couldn't wait for the time it would take to do the inspection, they got me home and back. Will definitely stick with them. Highly recommend them to anyone. Ee

As always a great experience. Jim took care of me so I knew I was in the best of care. When I got my car used, they did the inspection before buying and was advised my Hyundai sonata would be a good choice for me and she is. When I took my car for a recall I didn't trust them. I trust Norwood Auto.
