I walked in cold turkey just because it was close to me. From the opening hello all the people I dealt with were very professional, understanding, good listeners and seemed to genuinely want to help. I made an appointment and from that I received excellent information, assessment, and a thoroughly detailed quote, on-line, with pictures! Since I couldn't wait for the time it would take to do the inspection, they got me home and back. Will definitely stick with them. Highly recommend them to anyone. Ee

As always a great experience. Jim took care of me so I knew I was in the best of care. When I got my car used, they did the inspection before buying and was advised my Hyundai sonata would be a good choice for me and she is. When I took my car for a recall I didn't trust them. I trust Norwood Auto.

As always the friendly staff at Norwood Auto service took good care of my car. It is 14 years old so it takes a special group of people to keep it running. I always feel treated fairly and honestly by the technicians. I would recommend this shop for anyone who needs service for their automobile.

I went without an appointment as my tire light went on while on I90- They looked at it immediately diagnosed the issue- it was fixed and left within 30 minutes- I was very pleased with the service - kindness and quality of work- Thank you !

Norwood Auto Service is my go to place. One of the things I really appreciate about them is they always keep you informed with texts and pictures with every job they do . Will definitely be coming back to this location! I came in last minute at the end of the day and was able to get in the very next morning. My service was fast, and I loved that I was texted a link to a very in depth and detailed report about my car issue. Highlight was the cutest puppy I got to meet in-store!

The whole crew is great. They are always cool and great too talk too etc and they do great work. I'd recommend stopping in and getting work done to you're vehicle to any friends and family.
