This is the Amazon for mechanics. My car would not start. I called Novo Repairs and Steve sent a mechanic as soon as it was possible. The mechanic diagnosed the problem, and he bought the parts needed. it was so efficiently done. With a car's normal wear and tear, it is good to know that this service is available.

I was at an intersection in San Diego when my 2021 Ford Explorer died. The Auto Start/Stop feature cause the Starter in my car to stop working. I was stranded and on vacation from Arizona. The worst possible time for this to happen. I got my car towed to my AirBnB and was told by Ford they wouldn't be able to help me until Tuesday. It was Friday and I had to leave on Sunday. I called NOVO and they came out to diagnose the issue. When we found out it was the starter they helped me look online in the area to see if there was a replacement starter in the area. Guess what? There wasn't. Nowhere in San Diego at that time was carrying that specific part. We contacted every auto place you could think of. The only results we could find were in LA. We discussed our options and they DROVE OUT TO LA TO GET THE PART for me. They then came back the following morning, installed the new part, and tested everything else. My car started and a handful of hours later I was able to make the drive back to Arizona without a worry. I don't know cars. I know they go forward and sometimes backwards. NOVO was completely transparent and did their best trying to help me out. I have friends who wouldn't even do this for me. Call these guys. Tell your friends. Seriously if they were local to me I'd never go to anyone else, but them. Thank you guys. You saved me and my wife was able to have a good time in San Diego. I owe you a lot for that.

needed a new alternator and new battery put into my car (2016 Audi Q3) in quick timing. These guys were able to come out diagnose the problem and install the very next day. Even drove quite a distance to pick up a part for my car to ensure it would get done the right way. Highly suggest using these guys if you’re in a bind. They even drove out and installed it in my driveway! Thank you guys again!

I bought a used car a few weeks ago. The car engine died on a Sunday and very few mechanics were open, so I decided to try Novo Repairs. Steve was able to send a mechanic within a few hours. Turns out my MAF sensor was some cheap, knockoff garbage (right sensor in picture) that needed to be replaced. Steve was able to find and install an OEM replacement the very next day. Steve was very respectful and prompt with his responses. Price is on the higher side, but worth it due to the convenience and quality of service. Highly recommended!

If you own a european automobile such as a Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi etc., or a luxury end asian automobile such as a Lexus, I do not recommend calling a mobile mechanic service. Take the car to a specialist who knows the make of your car and save yourself the time, money and stress. I called this mobile mechanic for a car repair. He diagnosed the problem using an OBD2 scanner which can only give you generic codes. Many vehicles such as on Mercedes Benz, the OBD2 scanner is useless because the vehicle will have specific manufacturer codes that only a dealer or a specialist will have access to the software to properly diagnose the problem. This mechanic charged me a diagnostic fee, cost for the parts and labor and it did not solve the problem. He then suggested it was another problem and researched the part on fcp euro and sent me the link for which part to order and in his screenshot circled where it said it was a fit for the car. I waited a few weeks to get the part and then it didn't even fit the car! I called fcp euro and they showed me on the website page he screenshot me where it says may NOT fit the vehicle call to confirm. Also, before I ordered the part I called him to be sure he was confident it was the correct one and he said yes, so I trusted him. Then he suggested it might be another problem (3rd diagnostic). I took the car to the dealer (specialist) and they told me the same morning what was wrong and the mobile mechanic wasn't even close on any of his 3 diagnostic recommendations! It was a completely different system problem! I had my car repaired and back on the road the next day and it runs perfect! A lot of time (almost a month) was wasted without my car, a lot of money for unnecessary repairs, unnecessary parts, and stress. I am now checking to see if he's ASE certified and will update this. I do not recommend this mobile mechanic.

Novo mobile mechanic provide the best service at a great price. I needed lower control arm repair, which is a pain the behind, but Steve came out and fixed it at a great price. It was the weekend and I would have been screwed otherswise.

Expensive, yet completely worth it. My truck blew an engine cooling system hose and we were stuck alongside the road with a travel trailer attached. They were able to determine parts needs strictly from photos and a video. We were able to get back on the road in a few hours and without needing two separate roadside assistance tows (one for the truck, one for the trailer).

My BMW had a strange rattling sound and 3 mechanics wanted to change my whole transmission. I couldn’t believe it because the car was JUST out of warranty. Novo helped me out with a MINOR repair and saved me thousands of dollars. They're the only mechanic that I didn’t feel taken advantage of after getting serviced.

Steve was amazing at being timely, and he was very personable and helpful when my car broke down randomly on a work trip. Steve was able to provide sound advice on whether or not my car was safe to drive, and Even went as far as finding the best parts for my budget as well. It was late at night and I was 100 miles out from home, and he drove to me and helped me out in a pinch. I would definitely recommend him for his mobile service and even for every day fixes. His rates are pretty good, and for the work that he provides it well worth your money.

This is the greatest experience I’ve had with a mechanic. I was having issues with my alternator which Steve and Ehab addressed very swiftly and clearly. No strings attached, no BS charges and for things that don’t need fixing. If you’re looking for a place that’s going to simply solve your problem for what it is, go to NOVO.

Very responsive and had someone come out to my house the same day to fix my BMW! Ended up needing a new alternator and the mechanic got the part and replaced it in only a few hours start to finish. Also charged a very reasonable price compared to other mechanic shops I went to previously! Highly recommend Novo.
