Avoid this store. They seem to be actively scamming their customers who try to buy tires from them. The structure of the scam is this: 1) They will have you agree to buy a particular tire at a certain price. 2) They quietly put a different, lower value tire on your car instead. 3) They then charge you for the tire you asked for (which they didn't put on!) and give you a bogus receipt that claims they gave you that tire. 4) They don't tell you this, give you your keys back and hope that you drive off without noticing it. 5) If you do notice it, they will cover it up by claiming that the inferior tire is actually "more expensive" and that they did you a "favor" by changing what you were buying without your consent to this supposedly better tire. 6) This "more expensive" tire is actually lower quality, but the store has just massively marked it up for whatever reason. This is exactly what happened to me. I asked to buy a Sumitomo HTR A/S P03 tire, which they listed at $96.99. The man I interacted with had shown a list of every available tire they had for my vehicle, and I clearly stated that I wanted this one. It's even listed on the receipt. However, they instead put a different tire on the car, a Sailun Atrezzo SVA1. This is instead a low-cost Chinese brand that's generally considered inferior. He did not disclose to me that he put this tire on instead, even though we interacted many more times before I left. He didn't say anything when he gave me the order receipt which falsely showed they put the Sumitomo tire on my car, or when he asked me to pay the amount on the order, or when he handed me the keys and knew I was about to leave. I did not know he put the wrong tire on until I checked it myself right before I was going to drive off. He even was there watching me while I was staring at the tire in confusion -- yet he still did not mention he had put a different product on than what I asked for. He only finally said it to me after he saw me looking at the tire brand on the receipt. In other words, he avoided telling me about it until he was sure that I had caught on and already figured it out myself, and only *then* chose to discuss it, long after I had already paid. According to him, they didn't have the tire I wanted, and that he put this worse tire one on for me instead as a "favor". He claimed that the Sailun tire was actually "more expensive" than the one I wanted, and that as a result he had given me a "discount" by doing this. Was it actually "more expensive"? Yes and no. Yes, because NTB was listing the tire at $110 for this specific size, but that's not its normal value. No, because other stores sell this same Sailun tire very cheaply at $50-$60, which is significantly less than the Sumitomo tire. For other sizes, NTB even consistently prices this Sailun tire at significantly less ($59 to $158) than this Sumitomo tire ($89 to $210). He essentially was giving me a $50 tire instead of what I paid for, and trying to deceive me into believing it had the quality of a $110 tire. I've actually purchased this same Sailun tire from this same store months ago -- for $78. And at that time, it was by far their lowest cost option for my vehicle. And, funnily enough, the man in the store back then tried to encourage me to buy their other options over it -- because it's a lower tier tire! So, you see? NTB's site treats the Sailun as an inferior tire. And someone representing this very store itself has previously told me that it is an inferior tire! Yet, this guy silently put it on my car without my consent, charged me as if I had bought a higher quality tire instead, and claimed he was giving me a "discount". I just don't see how this isn't intentionally malicious. Even if it really were a "favor," then why would he evade disclosing it so much? Without disclosing it, it actually just looks like a *mistake*, not a favor -- it'd only make the store look bad. It doesn't actually function as a "favor" to anyone's benefit unless it's actually communicated to the customer. So, I think it's just a poorly thought out lie.

Bad service had an appointment at 9 am left my vehicle there all day for a tire rotation and balance. When I went back to pick it up no work was done I marked the tires to see if they got rotated they had not someone left my hood open. I called the following day and they said they remember my vehicle and they were sorry about this. Very poor customer service I will never bring my vehicle here again and never buying a tires from them ever.

Brought my BMW X5 to this location as I was loosing air quickly in my tire. I normally go to the dealer given my tire type is sometimes not in stock at other locations. The manager immediately got us in. Then the whole experience went south. I paid $300 for my tire because I know that the tires for BMWs are usually on the higher end. Everyone looks shocked that I was willing to pay this. There is a younger Hispanic gentleman that was working there that day. I overheard him say to the manager. There is no way she pays for that car by herself. Shocked at what I overheard but I was not in the mood to confront two men. As I’m checking out, he then proceeds to ask me how much gas it takes to fill up my vehicle.He then starts telling the manager in front of me that when is he going to promote him. Clearly this young man needs to work on his customer service skills and maturity. I then get in to my vehicle and see that he has left his hand print all over the door. Additionally, they did not even fill the tire up with enough air to turn off the alert on the dash. I will definitely never come to this location again!

Caleup is the best! The prices were clear up front — no surprises — and they were very treasonable. Service is so fast! This location is my “go to” place for tires on all my vehicles.

I had a fantastic experience at this location off 183. I needed some air in my tires and stopped by to inquire and the guys instantly assisted me, filling all 4 tires and even finding a nail and quickly patched up my tire. As a single mom that doesn’t know much about cars I’m cautious about being taken advantage of with matters of my car. Abel, Javi and the team were kind, professional, honest and efficient. They even quoted me a great price for when I’m ready to replace my tires in the near future. I sure will be going here for all my tire and battery needs from now on. Great service guys, you rock

I stopped by this shop three times; two for flat tire and one for dead battery. Crews are quite professional by showing me what kind of optio s I can choose. Recommendation but no push. This time I got flat tire and was worried that it might be simple patched, or I may buy a new one to replace. But they examined the tire and told me that they could patch it instead of new one. Helping me saving my money. I can tell that this is the place I can trust and one I definitely come back if I have any problem.

This place is great! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They are super friendly and the service is great! They even finished the work ahead of time and under budget. After I picked up my car, one of my tires had an issue and since they had worked on the car before they had me just come in and they fixed it free of charge and even brought me home after I dropped the car off so i wouldn’t have to call an Uber. When the car was ready (way earlier than I expected) Andy called and came and picked me and even brought a water for me to drink on the way. Great work, super friendly, fairly priced and amazing service!!! This place is wonderful!

This shop is awesome. The technician crew works hard and they’re very nice. The manager is very responsive and will make sure you leave with a positive experience. I had some major tire and alignment issues when I came in after a trip to the beach. They got me back in the road in the same day!

2024- staff lacks skills to make you feel welcome. Manager was friendly but didn't follow through as he stated, and the next day it seems like he forgot ever meeting me and prob forgot to order the tire. Before supposedly realizing they didnt have the tire, they tried to send us away to come back the next day when I came in the timeframe they asked. They were supposed to call me 2 more days later when the tire arrived. Never got a call. They did put my spare tire on for me since they didn't have a tire in stock for my car. 2019 - Got the job done in reasonable time. Friendly but not over the top.

Brought in low tire late afternoon. They searched tire until found the leak was not a puncture, but a slow leak from an improper seal between the tire and rim when originally installed by dealership - 4 month old car. Fixed promptly and held for us over night till we could return to pick it up. The next morning, they rechecked tire to make sure it was still holding pressure before returning to us. Extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Also very fair pricing!

Literally AMAZING. Showed up at 8:07 with a screw in my tire and two kids in the car. They had me fixed up by 8:35 and I stayed in the car with the kids the entire time. The best experience.

Made an appointment to get a flat tire fixed. The guy took 1 look at the tire and said it couldn't be fixed (even though there is plenty of tread left on the tire). He either did not want to do the work or he wanted to sell us tires we didn't need so we left. He assured us that no one else would be able to fix it but wouldn't you know, the very next tire store helped us with no issue. Save yourself time and money and go anywhere but here, these guys don't care

Property looks dilapidated. The website let me schedule an AC appointment, and when I get there (after waiting in line for 15 minutes because they only have one guy at the desk at any time of day), they tell me they don't have the equipment to even do an AC check in the first place. The menu of services is covered in tape to cover services they used to be able to do, and AC wasn't even one of the covered ones. I came to NTB a couple times before, but there's literally no point in going if you can't even be sure they can do the service you need.
