I used to shop at a higher volume store, but these guys won me over by paying attention. Every time I came for the past couple of years multiple cars, many tires; Able, Jerry and the other guys are fantastic! They actually know things about cars and trucks. My next trip will be the brakes for my personal ride!

After making an appointment. Daniel seems to be the actor in charge. He has no idea what he is doing. Plan on just watching him run around and accomplish little to nothing while his customers pile up. He has had me waiting for 35 min for a tire quote, only 2 customers in the store. Has 0 empathy for people's time. He handles one at a time like a child or someone operating within a spectrum of unstable mental health. Will not be returning

I came to NTB because I believe I had a nail in my tire. I came after work and walked in and Mr. Terry said welcome. First sign of good customer service. I told him what was going on he told me they will get right to my car and that is what they did. Mr. Terry at the NTB store located on Mopac was very helpful and wonderful customer service. I will be back again. Hopefully no time soon

Visited this location a few weeks ago on a Sunday because my regular place was closed. One of my tires had lost a lot of air overnight so after airing it up took it here to see if there was a nail or other problem. The gentleman at the desk scoffed when I told him it'd been a month or two since last airing up my tires. He said the low pressure warning was probably because of the change in temperature but they'd take a look. Instead of putting it on a lift (they were not busy and one was open) he and another employee just visually scanned things while I was parked and had me drive slowly to check for a nail. They didn't see anything so sent me on my way. A couple of days later I luckily saw the nail they missed and took it elsewhere to get repaired.

Here is what happened! 1) Brought in my car with a slow leak in one tire. it had four nice Falkens on it 2) Mechanics said they could not get the plug to work. 3) There was something unsatisfactory that happened where I wanted a Falken to match my other three tires, so they ordered it and said they would have it in two days. 4) They put on some shop brand of tire, Sailun Atrezzo SH408 BK SL 5) AND it was rated not a good tire as much as the Falken I had had. 6) I told them I would only drive a little bit. They said yes, please keep that tire in new condition 7) I tried not to drive my car much! 8) The new Falken I'd paid for never got there, even after a week. 9) I gave the store a bad rating on Google 10 Some manager called me saying it would give her a black mark on her record and she was leaving the store to go do a training, but you guys would give me a free oil change (possibly her name was Jade, but probably I forgot her name.) 11) she sounded sweet so I let her do that to me Now I want my free oil change, please! And NTB/Mavis is losing me as a customer since your Contact Us form is broken (i think the ajax is broken where I tried to select TX for Texas. it never loaded the choices.) Date was 03/28/2024, invoice number 443700003962.

My experience at this NTB was great. Unfortunately I’d gotten a flat tire while driving on these Texas highways. I brought my car into NTB & Andre was able to help me get the tire repaired. I didn’t have to wait too long even though the place stared to get busy. When I got home, I noticed they put my spare back & organized my trunk nicely. Satisfied customer!

Super helpful, and open on Sundays. Had a flat from a nail, and they assessed it and switched it out with my spare for no charge! (I have my warranties through someone else, so that’s why they just switched it out) Thanks!

This is an overdue review to thank Andy and crew at the Mopac shop for their exemplary service. My son spent the Summer in Austin, navigating adult things such as car repairs for the first time. He had an issue with his car and was given a repair estimate from a repair shop near where he lived that contradicted work done on the car at home in the past year. We had met Andy at NTB previously for tires and were impressed with his knowledge and caring. I told my son to return to NTB Mopac to see Andy and get a second opinion. Andy diagnosed the issue and repaired the car for much less than the exorbitant estimate my son received at the other place. Andy, it was such a pleasure to meet you. It is scary to let our kids go out into the world on their own as young adults, but having people out there like you, who will look after them like your own and treat them fairly and honestly, helps to relieve those worries. A heartfelt thank you to you and your excellent team!!! God Bless you.

Came in for a battery replacement that I bought back in June, no information was in the system Caleb the store manager was great very respectful , understanding and helpful and was able to get me a replacement battery after any of my information was correctly in the system

Great! Paid $500 for four tires and road hazard warranty after an instant manufacturer rebate. It took about an hour and 15 minutes. I did not catch their names but the gentlemen working this Tuesday evening gave great service. They did not try and push any services I did not need. Couldn't ask for more here, I am grateful.

Thank you to Calup for helping to quickly fix my tire issues after another company left me in a tricky situation right before Labor Day. He was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and had me in and out of the store within 1.5 hours. I was able to hit the road for my weekend trip without a worry! I would definitely recommend.
