Yet another great experience at this NTB location! I always leave feeling that I received the best advice for my situation. The customer service is always top-notch and the team works efficiently to get you in and out within a reasonable amount of time. THANKS, again! ........................ Update: I've now been a customer at this NTB for almost 7 years and the service, quality of work, and care for customers continues to be unmatched. I feel confident in knowing what work needs to be done and in what priority order based on the technicians recommendations. Never feel pressured at this shop. Thank you! ....................... Great prices and a straightforward process! April at the front desk was a just a fantastic person from start to finish great attitude and she was positive and helpful with every engagement I saw her in including my own! Will be back and refer people to here for the great experience I had!

I went to this shop to get a tire and battery replaced. I mentioned that the dealer was the one who recommended a new battery. They said my current battery was low. NTB did a battery diagnostic and told me I do not need to replace my battery. They told me my battery was in perfect conditionI. THEY SAVED me $259!!! This was such an WONDERFUL experience. They are HONEST, their prices are good and again they are honest. That’s worth it weight in gold. I highly recommend this shop.i ended up only needing a tire. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

My experience at NTB was excellent. They had the battery I needed when I arrived at the service center. They informed me of the condition of the battery and when the work was completed, the service technician made sure that the engine light that was on, was on because of the battery issue and not a malfunction of my engine. I highly recommend this NTB off of Howard Lane and I-35 in Austin!

Had new tires, wiper blades and an oil change today. The service was great, very friendly staff; the technician was very knowledgeable, efficient and caring. My appointment was at 1:00 and they begin working on my car immediately. I will certainly be returning for future service.

I had a great experience today at NTB. April got me in and out quickly and did it all with the upmost respect. I was told about the charges up front so I was not surprised when it was time to pay. I will keep going back to this location precisly for that reason. She employs excellent staff as well!

Once again I must compliment this location. April is the best! She will hunt down parts. She will go the 2nd mile to get the correct work done. She treats her employees well and they all seem very happy to be working there. And she never overcharges! I would not take my cars anywhere else. Recommended.

The staff are friendly and kept me informed on the progress with my car. Good price on new brakes and rotors which they replaced in a few hours. Definitely recommend checking them out.

April, Jackson, and their Team fixed a tire balancing issue on my 1931 Ford Roadster with the wire spoke rims. No other shops could fix this problem. When I say shops I mean professional Hot Rod shops as well as a know competitor. This location goes above and beyond expectations. Road tested my 31 on the Toll road today after the balancing was completed. First time I was able to go over 55 miles per hr. without the "death wobble." Thank you for giving me back a real "Hot Rod."

I have taken both my car and truck here and I have to say the staff was both friendly and didn't try to tell me I needed more than what I came in for. Griffin fixed my alignment on the car and changed my truck tires very quickly.

I just had the most cheerful maintenance experience at the Tech Ridge location - the kind of experience that's unique to only this charismatic staff. I could have left and returned in 2 hrs, but decided to work remotely there. I couldn't believe how intelligent, humorous, and karaoke-driven this team was!! NTB Staff here brightened my day, took perfect care of the details, and they're positive spirits are emotionally contagious. Choose this location to get it done!!

It was fantastic I had an engine light on and a dead battery got it all done at an affordable price and a timely fashion not that I would have minded being here any longer everyone is so nice and fun. Griffin was the tech that worked on my car it was clean and ran smoothly thank you NTB team I will 100% be back. In the picture on the bottom is just showing no Engine light.

I have been to a lot of different places for oil changes but this one really stuck. They’re quick, you dont even have to make an appointment far out. Whenever I call, they usually have availability that same day. It’s so convenient and the people are so kind and personable. It’s such a welcoming vibe.

I want to thank Jackson & Mr. Griffin for going above and beyond my expectations. I called NTB about 1pm and spoke with Jackson, I asked for an oil change for Jaguar. Jackson told me that he would have to order an oil filter and it should be there about 3pm, so I scheduled an appointment. However I had time to kill so ran some errands and lost track of time, so I called Jackson abs told him I’m running late and should be there about 3:30p. Again I failed to meet my adjusted appointment and had to call once again Jackson was very understanding and allowed me to bring my car late close to closing time and Mr. Griffin happily change my oil with a smile. We need more professionals with the customer cares and concerns at the forefront! I will let all my friends and family know about my outstanding experience.
