I had an excellent experience at NTB, thanks to Matt! He was incredibly accommodating and straightforward, providing quick service at a very reasonable price. I needed a tire change ASAP, and Matt made it happen without any hassle. His customer service skills are top-notch—professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Matt was very professional and friendly. He answered my questions and did a great job explaining. I did not have appointment and needed to get my tire repaired. He said no problem, let's take a look at it. Turns out I had a nail, so they repaired the tire. The technician did a great job! Thank you Guys !

Great experience! After years of frustration at other local tire places (long, long waits & poor service) I sought a better option. Happy to have found NTB! Great customer service with far more explanation, responsiveness, professionalism and timeliness. Matt was great - very friendly, attentive and easy to work with!

NTB on Reisterstown Road was very thorough in fixing my 2018 Equinox. They informed me of other repairs that I will need shortly. They were very courteous and fast. I would use this NTB again.

Very helpful , quick to answer the phone and the process to have air put in my tires was fast and simple.

Came in to have all 4 tires replaced and switch out the spare I had on with the original wheel. They also recommended things I should have done like replacing the brake fluid after checking the brakes and shocks and took care of those extra things it needed on the spot. Very efficient and helpful and the whole process took a little over an hour! Highly recommend!
