Jason was amazing. Even while short staffed he got me in an out in a reasonable time. Got my new tire put on, wheels aligned, all while he checked people in, rung them out, answered questions and maintained excellent customer service. Will definitely return a long as Jason is running things.

I had a puncture late in the evening so I called this location. Jason helped me out even though it was right before they closed for the evening. He was very friendly and took care of puncture, I was in and out within 25 mins. I definitely recommend this place to others!

I was in on the 9th for my Honda accord getting a new set of tires. The team was very friendly and professional and the guy I don’t remember his name but I think he is the manager is amazing and explained everything clearly with giving good suggestions. Would definitely recommend bringing your car here for anything needs you may have. -Thank You

I came to this shop specifically to resolve an issue with mismatched tire sizes on my car, expecting professional service and guidance. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing for the following reasons: 1.Tire Size Issue: Despite me highlighting the problem with the existing 235/60R17 tires (which do not match the manufacturer’s recommended size), the shop installed the exact same size again, completely ignoring my request to switch to the correct size. This defeats the entire purpose of my visit. 2. Lack of Customer Service: The staff seemed uninterested in understanding my concerns or providing solutions. Instead of explaining the implications of the tire size or offering alternatives, they simply did the bare minimum and sent me on my way. 3. Poor Communication: There was no effort to clarify or confirm my preferences before proceeding with the installation. I was left feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a tire shop. If you’re looking for a place that listens to your needs and provides proper customer service, I would not recommend this location.

I definitely recommend this location! The employees are very kind and informative. Even though it appeared to be very busy, the queue was really organized, and I was provided updates on my car throughout the service. My tire was repaired in less than 30 minutes (:

I had an excellent experience thanks to Matt! My check engine light was on and the gas engine cap sensor was activated. He reseted the sensor FREE of charge. He provided an honest and thorough explanation of the issue. I’d recommend this NTB location and will return for future maintenance issues!

I went to this location 2 weeks ago with a slow leak in both rear tires. I thought I needed new tires. When I arrived, 2 people greeted me. Jason was very helpful. He told me my tread was still good and I didn't need new tires. They were able to fix both tires in about 30 mins.

Jason and Matt were both very pleasant, knowledgeable, informative and easy to talk to. I was pleased with how I was greeted, (not rushed or pushy).They made me feel at ease with leaving my vehicle at the site. They actually took the time to ask questions to make sure that I would get the specific service that was required for my vehicle. I also received a phone call when my vehicle was done. I must add, the wait wasn't long. I'd definitely recommend this specific location, not only because of the service, but also because of how they make you feel right at home. Thanks Jason and Matt!
