My experience today was awesome. I went in for an oil change and was notified that my brakes needed attention. I knew it was the truth because they were squeaking… I was offered an affordable service and decided to get them repaired. Timely and friendly. Highly recommend.

I brought my vehicle here to get an alignment, the guy tries to drive my car with emergency brake on and takes him a minute to figure out that the emergency brake is on. The supervisor lady welcomes me with an attitude for no reason. I asked her to provide me with a report of before and after, she told me they were out of ink so she can take a picture for me. She takes my phone and goes back just to take a picture of the final string. The person doing the alignment tells me come under the car to show me he couldn't remove the toe adjustment bolts because they're seized, no effort to use bit of heat to remove them. I asked him if they could replace the bolts, his supervisor tells me it would be two hours labor for $300 just to replace two bolts. I just asked them to do what they can and leave toe as is because at that point I wasn't sure they would break the bolt upon alignment. He takes the car for a test drive and returns it with engine really hot and heavy smell of weed. I don't think he smoked in the car but he had definitely smoked recently. I paid for a full alignment even though they couldn't adjust the toes but I didn't mind until right after I got on the main road I realized that they left my hood open thanks to the warning on my dash, they could've caused me to have an accident. Very unprofessional staff, stay away.

I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at this location. I brought my car in to have my tire checked out because I was putting air in it three to four times a day. I was told at another store that I needed a new tire ( which I found hard to believe begins though my car was only 2 months old and it was a 2024.The manager and the tech came out to show me the long nail that was in the tire. I thank the both of them for their honesty. I now tell family and friends about this location especially my female friends and family.

I went in for an oil change and my car immediately started acting crazy. Turns out my system just needed to be reset. The staff stayed after hours to address my issue and met me at a separate location to make sure everything was working smoothly with my vehicle. I’ve been a customer of this location for over 10 years and I’m grateful for them immediately working to help me fix the issues that came about. I still would trust them with my vehicle anytime! Thanks y’all! Big shout out to Bruce, Kaliyah, Jay and the other person who came with Bruce … Sorry I forgot your name lol.

Jack and kaliyah were both so attentive, so patient with me throughout the entire process of buying new tires. They explained orices, differentiations in tire brands, which tire would be best suited for my car and were very understanding of my time constraints. The work here is quick, efficient, and definitely worth the price! Thank you again to front desk for being so kind and professional during the inital consultation!

I took my car into NTB at 5301 Baltimore National Pike for brake work. I was very pleased with the service I received. The welcoming and accommodating attitude shown by Toya and Kaliyah is very much appreciated. They both were professional, yet courteous and provided excellent service. Unfortunately too often this is not what occurs in today's world. It's pay more, get less. I'm pleased to say this was not the case during my visit at NTB.
