Receive service here for tire rotation oil change on Thursday November 14th. Had a wonderful experience. Britney was fantastic. The guys got me in and out quickly and I scheduled another appointment for new tires . I will be bringing all my cars to this location!

Brittany and Johnny were amazing! Had a slow leak from a hidden nail (it was same color as tire) plus a leaking valve, and they fixed me right up in short order with 2 new tires for the best deal (due to wear on the tread of 2 of them)! Great staff, incredibly helpful, very nice, great customer service, and efficient in-and-out of my vehicle! Highly recommend them! Convenient at Davis Lakes shopping center for a quick stroll to nearby shops while you wait or they have a nice lounge waiting area right there.

Dont walk, RUN from this location if Rob is the mechanic working on your car. Reading some of these reviews I'm in shock that I had such a horrible experience. I dont even know where to start, I brought my car in 2 weeks ago because it felt like it wasn't getting up speed as quickly as it normally does. I stopped in Advance Auto and got a diagnostic code came back as the catalytic converter. I had the car brought into NTB and within 2 hours was told (by Rob) that he indeed got the same code of catalytic converter but it "wasn't correct". He assured me that it was a faulty upstream O2 sensor and would charge me $375.00 to fix it. The same evening he called and told me I had no transmission fluid in my car and would need 4 quarts of fluid and a new filter. (CVT Transmission) and that would add $100 to the total now $475.00 for everything. I agreed and was notified my car would be ready the next morning. However this is where it turns into a horror story..when I picked up my car not only was the initial problem remaining but now my car was stuttering/ shuddering when driving and the service transmission light was on. (none of which was happening prior to him working on it) I returned to the shop within 3 minutes of leaving and told him the car was worse than before. He agreed it needed more work (even though he said it was ready for pick up initially) ..I'm running of of space to type but LONG STORY SHORT he held on to my car for over a week after that with little to no communication, Lied about telling me the car was safe to drive, Lied about knowing what was wrong with the car and what he did to fix the problem, Lied about taking my car to the mitsubishi dealer for a second opinion, I have paid so much money out of pocket for a rental car and tow fees with hopes he would do the right thing just to be told now I'm going to need a whole new transmission more than likely because of the fluid he put in. My car is now totally out of service and had to be towed back to my house with issues woresened and unresolved. When I tried to talk with him about it I was told "Anybody could have put fluid in there, you just want someone to blame" and was hung up on. Is this what you call good service? Reading the other reviews I feel certain it's not all of your employees but this one is questionable and a liability to your company. I will be emailing your corporate office with more information and possibly speaking with a lawyer because this entire ordeal has left me in a serious bind. Customer beware!!

I came in for a last minute tire patch after finding a nail in my tire. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They got me in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

If you don't have a lot of time on your hands, find another tire service or shop to accommodate your needs. This place is poorly managed. I came in first thing in the morning (9:00) with a fleet vehicle and I was told it'll only take 20 minutes. 8 hrs later I'm still here waiting. I don't understand how something that was supposed to be 20 minutes turn in to 8 hrs. Unsatisfactory. 👎🏽👎🏽

This is my second time getting tires at this location. I received great service with only a short wait time...even in the late afternoon. Jonathan was very helpful giving me quotes and information so I could make a decision about which tires to buy. I certainly recommend this NTB location.
