Best service and best team! Mario and chip were super helpful and kind. 100% recommend. We were out of town and had a huge nail stuck in our tire before heading back to our home town. These guys were incredibly quick and efficient.!!

They installed two tires on one vehicle and did a good job. Later they helped us clean the rims and reseat tires on another vehicle at no charge. Great experience.

Came in after having a flat tire. Was not able to get lug nuts off tire. I was working on getting home to SC, so I stopped by NTB south Blvd. They immediately took my van back and worked to get me back on road. I really appreciate the helpfulness of the team at NTB South Blvd! They are great.

Folks at this NTB location were extremely helpful, they diagnosed my tire issues quickly and while they couldn’t change the wheel immediately, they switched it out and put in the spare, all for no charge. I will absolutely go back here in the future, should the need arise.

Mr.Chip was so kind my tire was cut and literally on 1psi i pulled up no appointment and him and his team really helped me out and got me out of a pinch with my tire

!!PULLED MY BUMPER OFF AND WONT PAY TO FIX IT !! My car was left unable to drive. I went in to get my passenger rear tire replaced ($299.99) after they put the tire on I was told I need an alignment ($159.99) so I got it(Lou has amazing service). As they pulled my car off the lift the bumper got caught on there lift and they pulled the right side of my bumper off cracking the fender above my driver side fender and pulling out my fog light and sensors I called addressing this problem the employee chip said “we can help buy glue and supplies to put it back on but we will not be fixing it”. So I have to pay over a thousand dollars for your mistake on the FRONT bumper when I came for a REAR tire?

Just an unfortunate honest review. I trusted NTB to replace my struts on my jeep. Immediately after the job, the jeep braked awful and made a scratching noise. NTB didn't hear or see anything wrong. I brought the jeep to Mavis. The dust shields and the tie rod locks were loose. Mavis tightened them. As I left, the jeep still doesn't drive right. Still knocks bad when I turn and brakes loosely. I brought it back to mavis. After a test drive, now they say my cv axle is bad. I brought it to another mechanic and found out the cv axle is good. The struts were installed wrong and the wrong part. NTB and Mavis claim my jeep is correct and how jeeps run. I will never visit a Mavis or ntb again. I hope someone takes my review seriously and doesn't trust the company. I'm stuck paying for the struts all over again as NTB enjoys my hard earned money for a Terrible job. It's been 4 months and I'm still dangerously driving because Noone will help. Thanks.

My experience here was amazing. The technicians are clean and professional. Chris who was my advisor was very knowledgeable and certainly was looking out for my best interest instead of being pushy for their highest profit margin options.
