Professional and friendly service every time I visit for my corporate car. Will start bringing my personal car here too. Prices are better than a Dealership's and Wait Time pending service type is fair. Communication on your concerns and needs is explained. Open windows so you can see them working on you vehicle is nice too.

Literally insanely good service!! My car battery died at HEB and literally couldn’t get anything to work when jump starting it. I tried a smaller battery jump starter and a stranger tried using their bigger one. I tried jumper cables even and it still didn’t work. I swear I am not making this up—the crazy story is that apparently one of the mechanics was at HEB that day and was a true godsend when he came over to help and finally got it to work! I had no idea he worked for NTB until I showed up later that day for a battery check and they mentioned he had called the manager to figure out what he could do to help. Overall, the employees are clearly very passionate about what they do and I knew my car was in safe hands. My day which had started out tremendously stressful and had me thinking my car was a goner ended with such a lovely story and a happy car. I can’t even begin to express how thankful I am for the people at NTB and hope they have an abundance of good karma for the rest of their lives.

Terrible service, no cars in the lot when I arrived. Been here 3+ hours for tires and rotation, four cars have came and left. Horrible service, discount tire needs to open up on Sundays.

Came here after one hell of a bad experience at Sam’s Club. I had a bad battery and needed a new one only to be led on a wild goose chase for a battery they said they had… (they didn’t actually have it.) Chris and the team at NTB- college station were super helpful and had my new battery in route to us and installed within an hour! So thankful that they made my bad day turn good!

Came in today for an alignment, oil change & windshield wiper blades. The team member assisting me was very friendly & knowledgable; He also answered other questions that I had about my vehicle. I always come to them to get my car serviced & will continue to.

It was first class service. I called on a Sunday afternoon (almost closing time) but by the time I would arrived it would be closed. They were polite/ professional to wait and change my tire.

I’ve worked with them two or three times now and every time they are very kind and quick to do what needs to be done. Their prices are realistic and I can feel confident they aren’t just trying to squeeze more money out of me. Ive recommended them to my friends and would do it again.

These guys were super helpful to me and my mom to get my car fixed with a lot of issues that I didn't realize I had going on. Helped my mom understand what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed while I am recovering from surgery. Definitely will be coming back for any future repairs and questions.
