I came in to get a leaky tire looked at and James was super helpful. They looked at my tire right away and ended up patching it. Great service, I’ll be back for future issues.

Jake is awesome! I had a tail light bulb that needed replaced and I was getting my oil changed at a quick lube place around the corner. The guys at the quick lube place could not figure out how to get the bulb replaced and sent me on my way. I called jake and he had me in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks Jake, you're awesome!!!

I highly recommend this NTB store. The technicians were very helpful and courteous. I was in a bit of a bind with a flat tire on a Sunday and they were able to repair my tire and get me back on the road within a couple hours after calling them. Excellent service!

I stopped into the Silver Dr location with a soft tire. We always buy our tires there and we always get the insurance plan on our tires. I was expecting to wait awhile as it looked like they were busy but the salesman took my car right back. Within 15 mins he came back and told me it was a nail and he was able to plug it, refill the tire and re-check it to make sure it was fine - and at no cost. The insurance plan when we bought covered this issue and I was very thankful for the quick service and the friendliness of the guys working! Silver Dr has always been our go-to for anything and we recommend them to all our friends! Keep up the great work!

I’ll be taking all my vehicles here! Took my honda in for service and was impressed! Jacob was who helped me and he was polite and courteous! He checked a tire that had low air for a leak for free and topped off all my tires! They were ready for me at the appointed time and had the service done twice as fast as the last place I took it! Great job!

Called and the phone rang and rang. Wait through 5 minutes of endless ringing. No answer. If customer service starts like this can't believe much better in person. Bought $1550 worth of tires from a competitor who did answer their phone.

My daughter lives nearby on OSU campus and had a flat tire. Her car was towed to NTB. Rob was able to fit her in that day. He was professional and courteous and found that the tire only needed patched, not replaced. Rob helped turn a stressful day around and made it as easy as could be. Thanks Rob!

Quick and efficient service. I have purchased tires and had tires repaired here. Online scheduling is very easy and the store always calls to verify. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and never try to upsell you. Excellent prices.

I stopped in for an oil change in an overall review of my vehicle's status. What I thought would be a quick hour, turn into almost three hours, As a lug, nut became broken and had to be replaced. The manager noted my frustration of the wait and kindly rectified the situation by making sure That as soon as the lug nut arrived, it was put on my tire. He Reduced the charges, and soon I was on my way. I appreciate that, and that's why I will continue to come to NTB and utilize their automotive services. Thank you.

It was quick and painless to get my oil changed. The staff there are truly amazing and very informative. Jacob made it the process as seem less as possible when I came in. I know I can always trust them with my car troubles and will always recommend them to my friends and family!

NTB on Silver Drive was phenomenal! The service was exceptional and prompt. My Ford Focus had a leaking hole. I’ve never experienced a better tire patch turnaround than this place.
