Great crew. My tire had a screw in it. Took to this NTB to have patched. Discovered screw did not puncture tire. Took out as a courtesy. They have always very provided Excellent service for my family's vehicles.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation almost a week in advance. When I arrived, they said that they didn't have the oil or filter in stock, and the person at the front desk acted annoyed that I was even there at all. I asked if they could order the stuff and I could come back later, and the guy seemed even more annoyed, but he did order the stuff. After he told me the price ($110, which I've never paid before), He said I could try coming back in an hour to see if the stuff was there yet. I'm not going back. Customer service was clearly not a priority. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because I don't know how good their mechanics are and I'm giving them the benefit of a doubt. I couldn't get past the front desk. Maybe the guy was having a bad day, it happens, but he was so dismissive that I will not be going back.

I went to Holt Rd. NTB today and needed two new tires. The staff was fantastic! They were all friendly and helpful. I appreciate the quick service and will be back again as we have been coming to this location for car service for many years and are always very satisfied. Thank you so much!!

These guys were great! We blew a boat trailer tire at this exit, and knew we needed to replace all the tires. NTB had them in stock and put them on for us with no wait. Thank you so much!
