I had a dead battery in my 2016 Cadillac ATS yesterday. I called NTB at the recommendation of the AAA technician, who did not have a replacement battery in his van. They said they did not have the battery in stock, but if I came in, they could get it in 10 minutes. I immediately drove to this Farmers Branch store. They were true to their word, and the new replacement battery was installed in the trunk in a timely manner even with the inconvenience of having to remove and then reinstall the carpet cover. I am a very satisfied first-time customer.

I recently visited your location for a tire rotation and multi-point check-up before my long road trip. I wanted to take a moment to thank the mechanic for their thorough attention to detail, especially for checking the air pressure in my spare tire. I’ve gotten so comfortable taking my car here for oil changes. Everyone is always so kind, even on the phone. Special mentions to Lauren & Destiny for making sure things are handled promptly with care (forgive me if I got any names wrong). It’s a painless wait & one of the most affordable services I could find.

As an 80 year old lady , I was frightened when the BRAKES on my Hyundai were making a loud screeching noise so I called NTB ON INWOOD IN ADDISON . I spoke with AUBREY who was very friendly and cordial listening very effectively to my BRAKE problem. And when I arrived, I was warmly greeted and shown to the separate waiting room area with a TV and vending machine and I could also view the service area where my car was being worked on . Next the incredibly kind, caring and proficient lady LAUREN periodically informed me in detail what was needed and being done to repair my BRAKES . When my repairs were completed , i felt very safe and secure that their incredibly fast and efficient friendly service was my best experience ever as NTB PN INWOOD IN ADDISON gives exceptional personal customer service and i definitely recommend them highly !

This location is amazing! I had a nail in my tire and came in for a tire patch. Lauren and Aubrey greeted me right when I walked in and helped me right away. 10/10 recommend this location. They also have a nice clean waiting area. Thanks Lauren and Aubrey for the great customer service!

I came in to NTB to get a nail out my tire but turns out there were actually three nails in it!! Had to purchase a brand new tire and Aubrey was able to knock down the price a bit for me. Great guy and a great place to get ur tires fixed 👍

No appt as per store and website says they have appt. Employee on phone hesitated to provide a quote. They charge 20$ to plug a tire but to install a wheel lock when I provide it they want $50. Most establishments are going out of businesses for this reason.

Had an issue with negative battery cable on our SUV, they worked out a solid repair option that didn't require a new $200 cable to be installed and only charged me half an hour of labor. Will definitely be back for future maintenance/repair needs. Thanks guys!

Came here on a whim after struggling to find battery replacement services at nearby shops and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service received. This location also didn’t have my battery in stock when I initially walked in, but they were able to get it ordered and delivered within an hour. Overall the battery replacement was very quick, reasonably priced, and I appreciated the updates given throughout the servicing process.

I have been a long-time customer of this NTB for its good service and will keep coming back. I recently brought my car in for a flat tire repair, and they proactively gave me a discount because they thought the repair took longer than it should have. I hadn't even complained about how long it took. They did it because they thought it was the right way to treat a customer.

Wesley, the store manager, answered the phone when I called and set up me up to come in same day for a new battery. When I arrived, he had all the information in the computer so the check in process was very quick and easy! Romeo tested and replaced my battery in record time. In the 30 minutes or so I had to wait (because Volvo makes changing a battery difficult), Wesley provided updates to me twice so that I was well informed. The checkout process took about 10 seconds and my car was at the front of the store ready to drive away! Thanks for the excellent and efficient service!
