Best experience here. Please see Wesley, the Manager, when you're in a pinch. Thankfully, before leaving home yesterday morning, I noticed one of my tires was extremely low. I was in a rush to be in work on time and so the day was not starting off well. I pulled in just as the store was opening. Wesley took care of everything for me -- not just the single tire. He inspected all tires, checked my battery, made sure my brakes were in good shape. He did all of this with so much respect and courtesy, ensuring I could get in and out as quickly as possible. Wesley made this not-so-great experience painless, and, in fact, pretty darn good. I will be visiting NTB for all my future car needs. Leaving the store, I was confident my issue had been resolved (and then some), the customer service was top-notch, and the cost of services was exceedingly reasonable. Be sure to take your car to this location at 8030 President George Bush and ask for Wesley. You won't regret it. Wesley, thank you so very much!

Have done a great job on taking care of my car every time. I definitely recommend coming in to this location for anything you need. Wesley is always caring and tells me what I need for my car but doesn’t pressure me to buy. That’s very important to me and I appreciate it. Update. Still taking great care of customers.

I always have a great experience at this location of NTB!! This time I brought my car in to get a tire fixed. Wesley and Ty were incredibly helpful and professional. Wesley made sure everything was explained clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. Ty did a great job getting my tire repaired quickly and efficiently. They both went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend this location for excellent service and friendly staff!

I had a fantastic experience at NTB! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and provided top-notch customer service. Wesley and his team took the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed to be done on my vehicle and offered transparent pricing, which I really appreciated. The staff is always so nice and they always gets our maintenance done in a timely manner. The store manager , Lauren, always goes into depth on the things that they handled for us and any upcoming maintenance our vehicles may need! They are always amazing to me and my family! Love coming to this location.

The customer service here is severely lacking. It has been that way every time I came here. It took me over forty five minutes to get a tire repaired. I will definitely not be buying any tires here ever again. The last time I came here they lost several of my lug covers.

Ty won my business a couple of months ago just doing an inspection on my car! He and his staff were incredible, which brought my business back today for new tires and an alignment. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. We were on our way to mother’s 70th birthday party with all the food and the tire went flat. My wife called the store from the side of the highway and once we got to the store, within 10 minutes Ty had us in the bay getting a new tire. Ty was a lifesaver for my wife and mother’s birthday party. Thank you Ty.

I was leaving home and my coolant light came on. I called, spoke with Ty, as usual he answered the phone calling me by my name. It made me feel good and comfortable to proceed with the reason for my call. I told Ty about the light, said I'm down the street, and may I please stop by really quick. He said sure, I have someone available to check it right now. I pulled about 5 minutes later, Anthony waved, and walked over immediately saying no need to park, stay where you are. He walked over, asked me to pop my hood and did his magic as usual. Ty, came out, we chatted for a bit and I left a happy customer once again.

Ty and Lauren were so incredibly nice to me! I have never experienced such amazing service from any other automotive business. From the first phone call, Ty eased my stress 100%. When I got there Ty and Lauren took over. My car battery was not installed properly by a different company. Lauren, Ty and the NTB team brought this to my attention. They installed it properly tested my battery and got me in and out super quick. This is the best battery replacement business I have ever worked with. I will never shop anywhere but here. Was driving on George Bush when the car I was in experienced a flat tire. NTB was the closest auto center that was open on a Sunday. Spoke to Ty on the phone, and within 10 minutes of arriving at NTB, the car was being serviced with a brand new tire! Ty's skill and customer service were superior to any place I had been to, and within 20 mins, I was back on the road. Thank you!

I had a great experience here at NTB, got a nail in my tire right before I had to travel for work and Ty was awesome! He got my tire patched and me on the road in no time, definitely recommend!
