Super nice, totally honest, and were very cool about me getting something wrong about my truck that impacted their ability to help me. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because when I called in the a.m. to inquire about tire mounting prices, I was misquoted TOO MUCH money, which lead me on kind of a wild goose chase all over dallas to see if anything was cheaper. Total price ended up like $60 LESS than I was quoted. Get that part a little more dialed in and it's 5 stars from me.

I will be back. Go to NTB off Central Expressway and Lovers if you want to be cared for, not pressured into purchases, and make a mechanic friend you can depend on who communicates well with you. You could tell the staff enjoyed being around each other, too. "Putting people first" shows with their customers AND their staff. I now have a trustworthy mechanic in Dallas - Anthony.

I have been going to NTB for a while now and have become a regular thanks to the many Dallas potholes. It’s to the point that the manager Noe knows me by name and immediately asked me when I walked in if I had some tire trouble. 😂 This time it was my battery and per usual, they provided excellent customer service. Paula assisted me today with my dead battery issue and got me taken care of in an efficient manner. As a woman, I’ve dealt with dishonest mechanics a that will intentionally mess up your car so you have to return. I’ve only experienced honest and high quality work at this NTB and am so glad I found them after dealing with so many awful mechanic shops.

Omg! I had bubble in my tire due to a Pothole... and noticed it on my lunch break. I called the nearest NTB and Anthony answered the phone and told me that I could bring it after I get off. Anthony was my "Guardian Angel" today.

Anthony assisted me today with all of my needs; He called me (before opening because I scheduled my appointment for 8:00am) to confirm my appointment, was my point of contact as soon as I entered the store, pointed out to me what issues I had with my car that he could identify right away, explained to me in detail what I needed and why, gave me accurate estimates of each of my line items and communicated with me throughout the day with updates while my car was at the shop. (Sorry, that was quite the run-on sentence.) Anthony was great! 10/10 service. We also had a fun chat about us both driving a ‘98 Red Honda Civic back in the day. Honestly I’ve never had a better experience at a car shop. Thank you Anthony & thank you NTB!

This NTB off Central and Lovers Lane was amazing... instead of selling me a tire...Noe asked if I had a warranty with Discount ...I replied yes .. he said he'd put my spare on ....and send me to Discount so I could get my tire replaced under my existing warranty!... They put on my spare...and bid me good Day!

The guys at this NTB are the best!! Went in for a car check-up and was able to get my brakes replaced in 2 hours! Came back for a walk-in to check with something hanging off the bottom of my car - they fixed it in 15 minutes! Only place I go for my car needs. Awesome customer service and I do not feel like I am being scammed at all! Highly recommend.

Would not patch a tire because "tread too low". Tires have 30K miles, recently passed inspection, and I told them it was a lease going back in two months. Either they are lazy or greedy...not sure which. Took it to King's Tire Shop on Skillman and Abrams and was in/out in 30 minutes for $25. This is not my first time to have issues with NTB. I won't be back.

Today my daughter was hit from behind on the very busy 75 highway in Dallas. It was right next to NTB where we drove her car to immediately. The muffler was pushing against the rear tire, so that was as far as she could make it. The manager, NOE, the assistant manager, THIEN and the technician BEN were amazing!!! The team got her back on the road in no time and we are grateful. Wonderful place, terrific people, highly recommend!

A screw had found it's way into the drivers side rear wheel of a recently purchased set of Sailun tires. So I called Paula the manager of the store located at 7550 North Central Expressway. I made the short drive around the corner from my residence where she, and her knowledgeable staff of certified mechanics quickly removed the unwanted piece from the tread. When they repaired it they not only plugged the hole but also patched it ensuring the integrity of the tire would last for many future miles. I can't say enough good things about my hour long stay, and the quality work they provided at this location. For your next automotive need please do yourself a favor, and take your car, truck or van to see her.

I noticed my tire light was on and came over to NTB to get it checked out. They quickly took care of me and made me aware of an issue with my oil that I was unaware of. I was in and out the customer service was great. Shoutout to Anthony for his help!

I showed up 5 minutes before close, desperate for some help with a flat tire. Jennifer & the entire team did not have any hesitation to help me out. Paula & the team inside were so kind and informative. I could not ask for better service. I will definitely be returning in the future.
