Brought my fleet vehicle in for a simple oil change and spoke with the manager Jared. He is very friendly and professional. They took great care of me and were very quick to get my service approved by my fleet team. If you live in the area it is worth coming here to have Jared and his team service your vehicle (fleet or personal). I’ll be bringing my personal vehicle here!

Logan was a great help for me today. I brought my car in today because of a vibration issue and a patch job on a tire. He and his crew were super helpful and got me in same day with no appointment. I was out within 15 minutes. He was generous enough to not charge for the patch job and rebalancing :) I’m definitely coming back for any future maintenance or issues. Thanks Logan!

Sunday 9/15 I came into the store and got my tires rebalanced that I just bought the week before. I had a wheel weight fall off in my driveway. Cory one of the managers checked me in, and got me taken care of. I left the store to go run errands, and noticed that all four of my rims were scratched from the service I just received. Most were down to the metal. I came back to the store, and Cory assured they were going to take care of this and make it right. He apologized for what happened, and asked that I come back during the week to talk with the Store Manager Jarod. Came back on 9/19, and Jarod assured me that they were going to make this right as well. He said he needed to check and see what options they had and he would follow up and get back with me that Tuesday (9/24). It has been two weeks now, and I can't get anyone to call me back. I brought my truck in to get serviced, and left with severe damage to my rims. If this is how NTB is going to "make this right" then it's apparent they don't need my business, and it seems I should take my business elsewhere!! I would think twice before trusting these guys with your vehicle! You can definitely expect to leave with more damage than you came in with!! BEWARE Update 11/7. Been almost a month since I made this review/and still no resolution. One manager called and said it was not his store, and he would forward it to the correct manager. Absolutely nothing after that. I will never step foot in another one of your stores again. Your customer service is a disgrace

Great place. Jarod is helpful and outgoing! He let me know about a recall/class action lawsuit on my cars crappy paint job that I was complaining about. He didn’t have to do that…above and beyond. We need more of that these days!

I stopped in to get my tires rotated and balanced. I ended up getting an oil change and alignment also. The manager came out to meet me as I was walking to the door. He treated me like I was his only customer. It was a great experience all the way through.

My car had the traction light, ABS light, and Brake light all at once. I brought it into NTB on 7000 North Fwy. They diagnose it and explained to me what was going on. Unfortunately the problem was beyond their control to fix and they were very gracious to let me know. I would most definitely recommend this location for your car needs.

Been here a couple tines with my work truck. Both times they finished up in the time they said (or close enough to). Nice staff. While they work you can walk to get a burger and then mosie on over to the Home Depot to kill time.

Come see Jarod and his crew. Did a walk in for 21 Mazda 3 hatch and 2015 bmw 320i. Oil change and alignment then oil change. Got both done within a few hours with a very reasonable price. They inspect your vehicle and let you know of any upcoming maintenance to expect without trying to sell you. Definitely a guy that will build rapport for this location.

Logan was super helpful and got me taken care of when my tire blew out. I pulled in right before closing amd was prepared to leave it over night. They got my car back and a new tire on right away. Excellent customer service.

Most amazing people ever! I had a tire emergency with a 90 mile drive home, and they stayed open to help me on a Saturday to help me with my tire. These guys are amazing, and I wish lived closer so I could use them exclusively.

Updated: GM made sure I was taken caren off. Will always make sure he's here when I need assistance. Took my truck in a few months ago to have the tires balanced & rotated. Made an appointment. 4 hours later they told me they did not have the tool needed to get my wheels off but they were waiting for another store to bring it. Finally 5 hours after my appointment, was driving home & I hear this horrible noise. Thankfully I live close & upon inspection found that they did NOT secure all the lug nuts & my wheel was about to come OFF my truck! Called back & the manager was apologetic, offered to supply new lug nuts. Never was called that they arrived. Gave them the benefit of the doubt & went back this weekend to have a sensor fixed & all my tires rotated & balanced. Again made an appt. In about 30 min they brought my truck back out. Said the sensor was fixed. Checked over my truck because that was super quick for balancing & rotation only to find out they did not rotate my tires despite it being on the work order to do so. Offered to do it real quick, absolutely not. Here it is a few days later & the same sensor they supposedly fixed has failed again!! Never Never going to back & caution anyone else that does.

We have been using NTB for over 15 years. Jared and the service team are very professional and provided excellent customer service. I had an oil change and tires rotated, always satisfied with the initial checkin and explanation of services.
