We brought two cars in today with different issues. Brandon and his team identified the problems and told us where to go to fix them. They were fast, friendly, and didn’t charge a cent. Highly recommend!

This place has awesome customer service! I had a nail in my tire (didn’t know what was wrong at first) and drove straight to NTB because they’ve been super helpful in the past. Brandon and other co-workers were so personable and friendly to me and made me feel confident they could take care of my car (I ended up needing 2 new tires because of my type of car). The good thing is they fixed it immediately in under an hour. Yes, I will definitely be back!

My mother needed her vehicle serviced due to caution lights on her dashboard. Brandon and the automotive techs figured out the problem and fixed it. We really appreciate the great ppl of NTB. Would recommend and definitely plan on getting my vehicle serviced here when needed. Thanks again guys.

Went to purchase tires for my work truck using my credit card and drivers license and was told it was a cash only transaction. When asked to provide documentation about the reason it was cash only, I was told by Trevor the Regional manager that there is nothing in writing and it's just a verbal company policy. I do not recommend NTB, go to Discount Tire like I did

Excellent Service, these guys are not only professional but very welcoming. First they offered to put air in my tires for free but in the process they discovered my tire was busted. So they offered me discount to change all 4 tires. The whole process was quick.

I can tell this location is under new management and newer technicians. I had issues with this location in the past but now the service seems honest and accurate. If there is an issue they are quick to rectify the issue. Thank you to all staff members but a special shout out to manager Brandon and Mike.

I have trusted this store and its employees for 15 years now. I never feel taken advantage of and they answer any questions that I have. I visited again today for a nail in my tire, they took care of me quickly and were a pleasure to work with.

I was having car issues the day after NY because the skid plate was loose and dragging. Brandon was super helpful on the phone and took my car back quickly. Damon fixed the problem like a champ, pinpointed some other issues I need to fix (next time!) and I was out the door in less then an hour. Thanks Brandon/Damon! Happy New Year! Y'all rock.
