My first visit here was a 10/10 experience for car maintenance. What a relief to find a place I can go to for truthful information, friendly service and good prices. This was my first time at this NTB location, and they have a new regular now. I needed an oil change, my 60k service, and a few other odds-and-ends questions answered about my car and they were so great with all of it. I didn’t make an appointment, but I called before I headed over to make sure they had the time for me to drop in on a Saturday. They were able to get my car back right away and gave me updates through the whole process. Brandon was friendly, helpful and super clear with his explanations on which services they recommend I get done asap, which could wait for a little bit, and which things were still in great shape. They also had some good in store deals on services, so I’ll definitely be popping in next time I need anything on my car done.

Went in for a tire rotation. The technician noticed that my rear brake pads nearly worn out and suggested replacement before further damage was done. Quoted me a very reasonable price. The technician was very polite and professional. The service manager was the same also. Good place to do business.

Your Mgr. Brandon Harris was really helpful, and the techs were very knowledgeable. Thank you. Brandon gave me information on all of the things that I will need for my vehicle within the next few months. I really appreciate that they were not trying to rip off an old lady, like the last shop.

Came here for a tire repair and was immediately greeted by Brandon and Tim. They took care of the repair immediately and gave me an awesome deal. Will 100% be coming here for all my tire needs from now on. I just recently moved to Fort Worth and glad I found them.

I have a Jeep Gladiator, took it to the car wash, and their machine ripped the valve of both my right side tires. Of course, I’m pissed, and it’s a Sunday, so I didn’t think any place would be open to help. Luckily, this NTB location was open. They replace both valves and fixed a nail that was in my tire for free!! Needless to say, they saved me a huge headache!! Will definitely come back!! Don’t waste time, come see Brandon, and let his team help you!!!

I went on 08/21 to change only two of my tires. I was waiting inside calmly, when suddenly the worker comes to my table to show me the air filter of my vehicle and ask me if I wanted to change it because it was very dirty, to which I was thinking wtf? I came to change tires and suddenly they are with my hood parts of my engine? I just stayed looking at my vehicle thinking that they would not move more parts but still without saying anything because I did not know how to respond. I don't know if is an extra thing they usually do but it confused me.

My wife had a nail in her tire and took it to the NTB on West Freeway, (where we bought the tires). It was unrepairable, and it would be several hours before a replacement could be delivered. I was unable to go pick up my wife, but Tom Hill, the Store Manger offered and did take my wife home, so she didn't have to wait in the store! You don't see things like that anymore, what service! I buy all my tires here and would recommend it to anyone!
