I am very impressed with this location. Tom greeted me right away and helped me get my tire patched, make sure my other tires have enough air in them and balance my tires. It is a very clean facility and all of the associates are very kind and helpful. Especially Tom… He is amazing!

Stopped by while visiting in town. Had the pressure checked on my tires. Car drove much smoother afterwards. I was worried it was major issue and was out of town! but the staff there were so knowledgeable and friendly. They assessed and fixed the situation and even educated me on proper tire care. Great service, thanks guys !

Very helpful and hard to beat prices and service! Came in with a flat and was in and out in 30 minutes or so. They also went over prices and best options for my car with the amount I drive.

I came here because my tire pressure sensors came on and had no idea what to do or how to check it. Came in and the assistant manager named Dusty helped me right away and kept me informed thru out the whole process of them checking my car . 10/10 would recommend

Just wanted to say that this NTB has an amazing staff. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a tire rotation and I was treated so kindly and was in and out quickly. Tom (manager) and Dusty (assistant manager) treated me and my car with such care and were great to do business with. They have earned my business and I highly recommend them!

This guy's were great got me in and out. Gives you a write out of things that need taken care of and they show you what they are talking about but they don't try to up sale you. They also have great costume service skills. They kept me updated on my vehicle. You can trust them.

Great experience. When my Fiance blew a tire off of the rim, we took it to NTB at this location and received amazing service. Not only did they re-set the tire at No Cost, but the tech took time to educate us on the nature of tires when this kind of thing happens. I will definitely be back and will only use this NTB location for all of my tire needs from now on. Tom, the manager, really cares about people. Thanks Tom!!

I came in because I notice I had a flat tired right after work. They were still open and I know everyone is trying to go home as soon as possible but it was 5:40pm when I came in rushing and asked if they could please help me. The man at the front desk said he will talk to the people working on cars and when he came back he said they couldn’t help me because they had other cars they were working on and that they would be finish at 6:30pm. No body plans on having a flat tire, if they are still open they should be able to help. I called discount tire on camp bowie that also closes at 6:00 pm and they said to bring it in and they will take care of it. Very bad customer service at this place.

I can't recommend this place enough. Our brakes went out just before the holidays and it had just been a real bad week for us. Tom, the manager, looked after us and really saved the day. I think we would've been royally screwed had he not and I'm so grateful. It's hard to find a place that wasn't going to upsell and scam the crap out of you. To Tom - thank you so much! We will definitely be back for future car servicing!

I got a screw in my tire on the highway. With all the air leaving my tire I pulled in to NTB 10 min before close and they helped me get on my way in less than 15 minutes. They where absolute life savers considering my toddler was with me, and I didn’t want to be on the side of the road

I want the public to know this particular NTB is outstanding in professional service to its clients. I had some work done on my vehicle at a different NTB store that did not turn out well. I carried my vehicle to this NTB store and explained my situation to Manager, Tom Hill. Mr. Hill understood the situation I had experienced and he took my vehicle and fixed the wheel alignment problem I had. I've got say a big "thank you" to Mr. Hill and his staff. They stood behind the NTB brand and you cannot ask for anymore than that!

We recently had a flat tire while on the road between Dallas and Fort Worth and didn’t know what to do. Being unfamiliar with cars, we called the nearest tire center, which happened to be National Battery and Tire. From the moment Tom answered the phone, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Even though it was close to closing time, Tom welcomed us and made sure our issue was taken care of promptly. His exceptional customer service and willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and reassuring one.
