OMG the staff there is amazing. They went above and beyond. My car runs great and no longer shakes I can let go of the steering wheel and it’ll drive straight. There was a female mechanic there who was super nice and had an interesting name “Hethar” who changed my oil. Next time I get it done I’m requesting her again!

Took my car about a week ago to get an oil change. When I left the building, my car started to feel weird when i drove it I got on the toll and the whole bottom protection of my car fell off on the toll. I had to stop on the 6 times to keep putting it back on. Then I contacted the building to inform them that they did not put in the screws to the bottom of my car and took it back so they can fix it …then 4 days later my check engine light comes on and Idk what they did to my car my car has never had an issue with anything and once i take it to get an oil change the engine light comes on

Waste of Time & useless place of business, book an appointment online and the store front has a big State Inspection Sign in front. But still the short lady at the front desk claimed they don't do State Inspection, she said "people can schedule online for inspections, but all the NTB stores do not do State Inspection." Sounds like False advertising or just some plain made up lie by this person. She says she encourages people to call in first before appearing, but that still doesn't guarantee that they will actually do the service. Other similar business like firestone or midas nearby have same problems, call in and they announce they can perform Inspection, only to arrive there and they turn away service for random reasons. Why would the corperate office create and invest money to offer State Inspection booking feature, only to deny the actual service, pathetic company! Poor customer service nowadays at most of these businesses.

I came in due to my car slide and hit a curb. My tires were worn and my rim was damaged. The staff here were simple amazing they keep me informed every step of the way and explained to me in great detail what all needed to be repaired. I will be back for sure. Devin was my mechanic and he did an amazing job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It’s hard to run across great customer service like this. Thank you guys!!!

I visited this tire shop with a tire leak and was immediately helped by Sherilyn. She took the time to break the tire down when the leak wasn’t evident at first. They found an issue with the bead, reworked the tire, and had me on my way in 30 minutes! Not only did they get me on my way quickly, they did NOT charge me to address the issue. Absolutely first class customer service!! Thank you Sherilyn and NTB!! I will be back!

They took care of me real quick on some miscellaneous work i needed done not even related to tires. They were even nice enough to waive the fee. Customer service for me goes a long way and they are very courteous. I have to add while this is my first time getting service I have been here a few times with inquiries and the customer service has always been the same. Keep up the good work Hulen NTB

Brought a tire in with a puncture. The tech told me she could patch it. The front desk lady told me I’d need a new tire (before she even saw the tire). Then they were out of patches so I waited for them to run to NAPA to get patches. I finally asked if they were back getting patches and was told yes and they were patching the tire right now. Then I was told the tire was too old and leaking from the rim. I’d have to buy a new tire. When I asked for the patched tire, she said they hadn’t done anything to it and it had no patches. Because it’s Sunday and my BIL needs it to get back to Houston, I’m buying the new tire. But I’ve been the only customer since they opened at 9 and it’s 10:45 as I write this and I still have no tire. I felt that she wanted to sell me a new tire all along, regardless. I was kept in the dark the whole time. And waiting and waiting and waiting. This store seems shady. The techs I talked to are nice and helpful, but management seems a little greedy. If they weren’t the only place open on Sunday, I would have left and taken my business elsewhere.

Called for estimate and got put on hold for 15 min then the person answering asked me again how he can help me and I asked for estimate again and got put on hold after 30 min on hold I just gave up. Too bad that this place has been mismanaged.

Honestly the best car repair service experience I’ve had! I had a flat tire which was coming from a slow leak that was tough to find. But Donald, Chase, and Natalie took care of it, kept me informed through the process, and got my car back up and running in no time! Would definitely recommend coming here for any car problems

I have two reviews on NTB. The first one is about the shop 5320 Southwest Blvd. Made an appointment for 9 am on Sunday. I showed up on time, and they said i wasn't on the schedule. But not to worry, they would take care of me. About an hour later, they said they would not be able to get to me for several hour. Asked for my key and walked out. Drove to the one on Wilshire Blvd in Burleson. People were very friendly and were able to take care of me. I was out of there in a couple of hours with new tires. This dealership gets 5 stars

Went in to have my tire sensor replaced. I was told that I would have to come back when the "master mechanic" return, (which was a bummer), BUT Sheryln came in and saved the day. She told me "I'm gonna take care of you", and that's just what she did!!! She replaced my sensor, caliborated it and got me on my way (Yaaayyyy)😁Big shout out to her !! Job well done, I am one happy customer 😀!
