Do not trust this company. They charge a $25 deposit to purchase tires and book an appointment online. The deposit is charged BEFORE they show you "taxes and fees" that you will also be paying!!! Shady business practices!!!

I like the convenience and location of this repair shop. They've taken good care of my Chevy and have the Michelin tires that I like. I can go in for an oil change, and get a balance and rotate for no additional charge.

I've been to this NTB location a few times to replace the battery in my Lexus RX350 and to have new tires installed. Very friendly, great communication, and fully satisfied experience each time.

I got a nail in my tire at 4pm on a Sunday. This was the closest tire shop that was open and despite getting there within 30 minutes of closing, I was greeted with the most amazing service. Dre was patient, attentive and took great care of us! Definitely recommend coming here if you’re needing tires.

Luis M took care of my car, he was pretty quick with it, he explained the diagnosis to me in detail. Showed me a video abt what needed to be done and everything. He was very nice and overall the staff was very welcoming

These people here are life savers I literally was hanging on a thin string with my tire near flying off on the freeway Juan the manager was very understanding and clearly detailed my issue to me on what needed to be done. I’m very grateful my experience that happen on the freeway was near this location the team quickly fixed and put me safe back on the road. True story thank god for good people!!!
