Demarco did an amazing job at making sure my car’s tire and wipers got replaced in a timely fashion. We were literally in and out. He also did the vehicle’s inspection and it took less than an hour. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone’s automobile needs.

Demarco is at the top of the list for friendly and efficient service. My family has been coming to the shop for years. Always good service, but not as good as today’s. I was pleasantly greeted, had no appointment, but got my car immediately serviced. Well done. I also get extra points with the wife for getting her car taken care of right away.

I brought my SUV in for alignment. Alan was extremely nice and helpful. He was able to get me in right away and finished the alignment in under 30 min. I would recommend coming to see these guys for any of your car needs.

I highly advise this location! The staff was great and friendly, especially Marco. He exuded the highest quality of customer service from the moment I called frantically trying to find somewhere that could see me for a flat tire. After trying to other auto shops that told me to come back the following day, Marco said come right in and we will see you immediately. He had compassion and gave me reassurance. I brought my car in and they determined the issue within 10 minutes. Marco took exceptional care of me and my car. I couldn't recommend this business more!

I've been going to NTB locations for years and this one has been the best experience thus far. They were on time with my appointment for an oil change. The technician Dre, who checked me in, assured that the work would finished in less than hour and it was. I'd definitely come back here for future mechanic needs.

This place treats you like a local auto shop. I’ve come here for two years for batteries, tires, and flats. They always shoot straight and have never tried to upsell me. On top of that, they’re efficient. I can contrast them with the big box wholesaler down the road and the other big tire chain and can say without a doubt that NTB treats you right. Went to drop my car for a tire change for pick up the next day. When I picked up my car the next day, had damage on the windshield. I reported the damage to the store clerk, and was told that they were going to do an investigation and call me back. I got a call back from the manager of the store indicating that they reviewed the cameras and that there is no evidence of the car being damage inside the shop. I requested to see the camera footage, but was denied the request. So at this point I have a broken windshield and the store doesn't want to take responsibility or show evidence that proves it. I understand accidents can happen, but need to take responsibility over your customers vehicles.

Went in for several services, one being an alignment because my steering wheel had to be at a 45 degree angle to go straight. They told me it was frame damage, not an alignment issue so they gave me a refund on the alignment without asking. Refreshing to have honest and decent people working on cars.
