Bought a set of tires from this location about a year ago and Nick helped me find the best deal for my needs. Fast forward to today and Nick gave me all-star assistance getting a blowout replaced. He also gave me a referral for some other work I needed done. Typically when you walk into an automotive shop, you feel like you're about to be taken for a very expensive ride. However, the NTB team at the 290 location are very down-to-earth and trustworthy. Keep up the good work!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at NTB on Northwest Freeway! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Mr. Luis, the AC specialist, was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, ensuring my system was in perfect condition. Nick was so patient and thorough, walking me through everything step by step, while Nathan and William worked diligently to get everything done seamlessly. The customer service here is truly outstanding. They work with integrity and honor their word, which is so rare to find these days. It’s refreshing to deal with a place that is as trustworthy as they are skilled. The positive, welcoming environment created by the staff is a major highlight and makes NTB stand out even more. I highly recommend NTB on Northwest Freeway because of the exceptional people and their commitment to excellence. They’re as good as gold! I'm amazed at how these guys took care of me. I stopped in with what I suspected was a slow sleak in one of my tires, they diagnosed/confirmed my suspicion and proceeded to not charge me anything for the patch repair! I was so pleasantly surprised. Friendly and pleasant. I didn't get the manager's name, but Josh(Joshua) was one of the techs who helped.

William is a great mechanic! This man went above and beyond to help me, even gave me a jump from his truck when the jump box wouldn’t work, when the car still wouldn’t start they went above and beyond trying to figure out what the issue was ruling out the alternator and the starter and determining it was a faulty key fob that was causing my car to shut down by throwing it in the anti theft mode, I appreciate the concern and kindness the time and professionalism William displayed, he was so concerned that I would get my kid to his appointment on time tomorrow and he was determined to get my vehicle up and running. Thank you for helping me they just don’t have good people in the world like this anymore and I was glad to know their is still good people in the world, Thank you William❤️

Great experience, I took in my car to replace the TPMS sensor. It didn’t end up needing work, the manager was very honest and did not try to sell things I didn’t need. 5 stars for honesty, customer service, and knowledge.

I just received some of the best customer anyone could experience. I went in simply because my tires were low and would not pickup as it should. One of the techs name Josh was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Let's just say that's where I'm going to get my tires for now on!

I took my car in because of a shimmy in the front end and assumed it was in need of an alignment because it was pulling to the left. The car was taken to the back almost immediately and within a few minutes, the manager, Nathan, came back up front and showed me the results of the checkup. They found that the alignment was quite good and didn't not recommend doing anything to it. He recommended I take it for a second opinion somewhere else but they didn't believe that was the source of my issue. And didn't even charge me for checking it! I highly recommend this place and especially appreciated Nathan and his honesty and kindness.

The technician, William, was outstanding! He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect working order. We came to the shop minutes before closing, and William was nice enough to take our car , inspected and filled air in the tire. He updated us early in the morning for our car situation, and called us again as soon as the car was ready. The dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process. Thank you, William, for the excellent service! I highly recommend NTB and will definitely be returning for future needs.
