I have a car with low profile tires and whenever the weather changes, they lose air....which in crazy Houston weather is frequent. I get free air pressure checks from NTB Kirkwood and they are always soooo nice, and I am there in the fall months a LOT!!! Bryan and the manager Jeremy (and Amanda, now at different shop) are always so nice, professional and just smile and say...see you in a few weeks/days!!! They are great 👍

I brought my car in today because a screw was in the right front tire. I bought my tires here before, so I knew they would repair it at no cost. It was completed quickly. They are very helpful and never pressure you to buy other services.

SCAM ALERT do not trust NTB and there crew they are not professionals here at this location they messed up my car to a point it’s costing me thousands of dollars to fix and no one took responsibility rather then telling me my car is old it just died which is not true I drove my car there and I had to tow it from there because it would not drive if there were negative stars I would give that as a review f that place.

Store Manager Jeremy was incredibly helpful, addressing all my questions and concerns with genuine care and guiding me through the diagnostics process. Mechanic Bryan went above and beyond to ensure my car repairs met the highest standards. 10/10, do recommend!

The service I received here was top notch! The guys, Bryan, Ty and Jeremy were so very kind and helpful. I showed up late around 6:30 PM (Un announced) I had just purchased an air flow sensor at AutoZone but the engine light kept coming on and they told me that they couldn't delete it. So I came here and they stopped everything they were doing.(Bryan was literally underneath a vehicle)And as a joint effort they helped me and did not complain or make me feel unwelcome. It took a little bit to figure out why the engine light was still on, but they continued trying until they figured it out! They did NOT have to help me. They did it out of the kindness of their hearts! I encourage anyone who needs car care to come here!! They are honest hard working gentlemen with huge hearts! You should be very proud to have such amazing people people representing your business! If I could leave 10⭐️'s I would! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart! You have gained a new customer because of these wonderful young men! I encourage you to Come support them!

I just visited NTB and was very impressed by the professionalism and dedication of Joey. He went above and beyond by taking the time to explain the issue with my car. I understood what was wrong, why it happened and what my options were. It didn’t take long to realign my tires and get the new weights in them. I really appreciate Joey and the guys who took care of my car! This is my go to shop from now on

I took my truck in to get a tire rotation, and while they did that they checked my brakes and suspension. They told me that my front and back brakes were very low and that I needed to have the brakes and rotors replaced. They also told me my suspension was very worn and that one of them was leaking. When I pressed on how urgent these things were to fix, they said it would be dangerous to drive in the current condition for more than another month. I took my truck to another shop to get a second opinion and was told my front brakes were still in great shape (measuring 7mm) and that my suspension was perfectly fine, no leaking whatsoever. The only thing that needed to be replaced was the back brakes. I was blatantly lied to and quoted over $2,000 in repairs when in fact I only needed my back brake pads replaced. Very untrustworthy and misleading.

I’ve been visiting this store for years with multiple Managers over the years but I think they got it right with Jeremy. He was very helpful, kind and even walked me out to my car to show me what was wrong. Great customer service throughout the entire visit!

My sister and I came to NTb on 10/5/24 and the service from beginning to ending was exceptional manager on duty Terrell, mechanic Kyle love the smile, and the gentleman who rung me up was great forgot his name, they all were warm and everyone had a smiley face which made my sister and I very comfortable, my sister and I is from NY and recently moved to Houston they made us feel like this is the reason why we moved to Houston thank you boys for the amazing experience we will definitely be back 😁

Setup an online appointment for an oil change at 11:00am. Show up at 10:45am. Keys handed over at ~10:47am. Vehicle still sitting in parking lot at 11:39am without any indication why. Get keys back, go to a different place with no appointment, finished in 15 mins. This NTB is great to go to if you want to sit in a chair and have nothing happen.

Thank you so much Tyrel for restoring my faith in customer service. When I walked into NTB I was anxious and in need, my H2 was wobbling really badly. It was late 5:20pm I was on my way home from work. I work every day except Sunday, 1hr 20 minutes away so I struggle to find places open to service my truck so late. When I walked in I was stressing beyond health. He was so kind and polite and assured me that he would stay late if he had to so I could get my service done and get me back on the road safely. James took his time and went above and beyond to fix my alignment. Upon doing the service they found that my tierod was broken. So we finished up the services I came for, and then he calmly and very politely explained all my options to me about the new services needed. No matter how many questions I asked or how many times I repeated questions he stayed so kind. We came in the next night to get the broken tire rods fixed and again Tyrel was so awesome and kind. They all went above and beyond to help me and my situation and that means everything. I will be back and I'm already planning to bring my H2 back for more services. Thank you so much NTB for everything and thank you Tyrel for your awesome kind hearted ways.

Absolutely the best! NTB Kirkwood saved the day! I was in a panic needing to get my car ready before picking up my son at 5 PM. They understood the urgency and immediately put two technicians on the job. I was in and out in no time! This isn't the first time they've gone above and beyond. I've been a loyal customer for two years now, purchasing tires for three different vehicles, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. NTB Kirkwood is my go-to for all my tire needs!

After getting my car towed to 2 other places, NTB was able to help me with my car. It had soooo many things wrong with it (gas fuel pump, spark plugs, etc...) and I had no idea what to do. They were able to accommodate me in my tough financial situation and would not give up until they found out what was wrong with my car. Jeremy had exceptional customer service!!! He was patient with my difficult situation and my incessant calling for updates. Even when we were out of options, he did all he could to find solutions for me and my family! :D. I am super grateful for all of their help! You guys now have a forever customer! :)

Took my wife's car to the NTB on Kirkwood in west Houston to plug a nail hole that was leaking. Good thing I did before it went flat because there were 2 nails in the tire. They removed and plugged both of them while I waited. Courteous professional service and reasonable prices. Recommend this store over others in west Houston because they have good managers providing quality service.

Adam, the manager on duty was excellent. Fit my tall van in the shop with an inch of clearance, no fuss’s. Gave me a discount on an alignment after getting turned away at another location 4 miles away. NTB, don’t loose Adam. He is a good, knowledgeable manager & mechanic.

I recently visited the store and had a fantastic experience. Mr. Jeremy, the store manager, was extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service. He took the time to ensure I understood the situation and guided me with great professionalism. Mr. Devon, the technician, was also outstanding. He thoroughly explained the problem with my Mitsubishi Outlander and made sure I knew what needed to be done. Made my visit smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their expertise and friendly service. I Highly recommend!

The manager was really sweet. Had a flat and needed a new tire asap. He showed me the price (was high but nothing he could do about it) and was emphatic the entire time. He even showed me an upcoming issue that I may want to get fixed when I can. The service was pretty fast and the staff was friendly. Will come back here.
