Ntb was wonderful! I needed 4 new tires because I have all wheel drive and they gave me the best estimate as compared to other companies. They were very accommodating, friendly, and a company I would highly recommend.

The employee David was an awesome person!!! I had brought my grandmother to get two front tires and an alignment!!! The timing was perfect! The service was great! It’s always good to have someone with good customer service and experience in what they do as their job. Truly appreciate N.T.B happy holidays.

Came in today with a large nail in my tire. They were able to patch the tire in a timely manor. The manager (David) and the staff were wonderful! Highly recommend!!!

Came in without an appointment about an hour before close. The manager David was prompt, courteous, and helpful. When I asked, like a jerk, if they could get a fresh set of four on tonight, he jumped in with his guys to help get it done. He also took the time to tell me that I need new lug studs due to poor design from the manufacturer, and offered to swap them out when I come in for a free rotation. I was kind of dubious, coming into a chain tire store, but David and the staff here really saved my bacon, improved an unpleasant afternoon and changed my mind about NTB.

This is the best NTB location I have been to. Really nice person, and offer unbiased advice. Also very responsible for their work, never charge before they are sure what they charge can fix the problem.

**** Adding 10/4/2024- Guess who NEVER followed up?! I called twice, got a man on vacation who assured he would call me back and I never heard from him again.... INo resolution. Must be pretty on brand for NTB to just collect issues and never take responsibility. This singular star is generous. I should have left my blinding review after my initial appointment back in March; I noticed my Subaru was pulling slightly to the right so I figured - sure, take the car for an alignment before anything crazy happens... I go and we are there, with an appointment for 3 hours. People coming, and going- and my daughter and I just sat. Finally a service tech came out and explained that it was hard to do and he had to use a blow torch.... we took the car and it DRASTICALLY pulled to the right, shook dangerously when stopping and the entire car teetered during our drive. I called back and they told me to bring the car the next day. We sat, this time for just under 4 hours, while a tech 'serviced' the car. While it was no longer pulling, the steering was now so loose that just to turn out of the parking lot onto Penn Ave, I had to turn the wheel MULTIPLE times. I called and complained and was told NOT to drive the car until I came back the following week to meet with a 'specialist'. The next visit was another 3 hours and 100$ for a tire. Apparently the tech who used a blowtorch messed up the tire and it needed to be replaced. Everything seemed ok for about a week and then it started to pull and teeter again. I took the car to another establishment and the manager came out and asked what I had done to the car. I told him that I took it to NTB, and he informed me that the $160 tire/alignment was now going to cost me $600 in all new tires and an alignment because, he said as any mechanic would know, if you change 1 tire on an all wheel drive vehicle, you need to replace them all. Also, the tire that they told me I had to buy from NTB, was the incorrect size...and they put it on backwards. If you have time to waste and money to burn, then and only then go to NTB on Penn. They do not take responsibility for their wrong doings and their office manager NOR corporate will address the issue. Someone owes us time and money....

Fast and well-priced service, and staff were great. Came in for a nail stuck in tire. Another auto shop said it was too close to the tire wall and tried to sell me a new tire, but the people here were able to patch it up.

Made an appointment online about a slow leak in one tire, arrived a bit early and was processed promptly. Counter person at the time was very good (polite, kind and patient)with me and customers walking in while I was waiting on my issue getting fixed They discovered a nail in tire, fixed that and noticed an issue with my tpms valve (will have to sort that out at some point). So, my take is they were fair honest and upfront with me ! I will be using them again for my tire and battery needs

I brought my car in for an oil change and wheel alignment. The first time I tried to come in I had to reschedule because the tire tech was not even there to perform the alignment. When I was able to come in for the new appointment, the team informed me that they were not able to completely align the car because the tire rods need replaced however I was never informed of this and I would have opted out of the alignment had I known. They had performed an “alignment” anyway but offered me a small discount… when I finally took the car home, just a few blocks up the hill from the location the car was smoking from the hood and the smoke had a strong chemical odor. I informed the team right away and they said I could come back. I did not take my car back as I was skeptical to bring it in the first place. No refund offered either, I do not recommend NTB.

I shared a review about 3 weeks ago. I called and was given a case number and was told that I can bank on hearing from the regional manager within 24 hours….. just more time wasted? Worst company ever. I really don’t understand how you can just collect complaints and move on after making our vehicle a death trap! No follow through or accountability

They had to order my tire, but I saved 12 days because it only took 2 days to get it in and installed, compared to my dealership and neighborhood car repair man. I’ll be coming here for tires from now on .

Very respectful people. I highly recommend. If you like small town hospitality service this place is the place to go ! Very thankful they could fix the issue that Walmart had no interest in helping with.

We got a hex head screw in our tire. We were able to drop off our car the next day and they fixed it right up. They were fast and it was very reasonably priced. Shout out to DaiDai (I'm sure I spelled that wrong for which I apologize) for doing a great job. Thank you!

Went there for wheel alignment every thing was great fast service great quality clean and neat waitting room, And ABOVE ALL customer service owsome just because of the great nice frinedly man # NATHAN 💚😇🙏 He treated me like a real brother got all the work done prefect and quick and save me alooot of moneey words cant give him enough credit for what he do he deserve to be a manger for real. #NATHAN IS THE MAN WISH YOU ALL THE BEST BROTHER GOD BLESS YOU !! 😇💚🙏🙏
