I recently had a tire repair at NTB Tires and was extremely satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining the repair process. The technicians were efficient and professional, ensuring the repair was done correctly and safely. I appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they offered a comfortable waiting area with complimentary beverages. I will definitely return to NTB Tires for any future tire repairs.

I brought my car in because I needed a tire repair, front desk guys Jim and Larry were super nice. Tire couldn't be repaired but they ordered me a new one and put my spare on until the new one comes in. Excellent customer service!

Been looking fo a place to take my car since moved back to the area. The guys at ntb were able to get me an appointment to get tires on very quickly. The wait time was pretty quick and my daughter enjoyed the coloring books and crayons provided in the waiting room. I definitely will be back for other car needs.

Came into NTB in greentree Pa and I had a nail in tire they were unable to repair but we're able to put a new tire on .I am grateful to the staff at the repair shop I appreciate them for taking care of my concerns and will recommend to anyone .

Had a scheduled appointment, took a walk-in customer ahead of my car. Took 2.5 hours to change 2 tires. They didn't bother to fill tires to correct psi, so I had to stop at convenience store and fill tires to correct psi on my way home. Employees were openly rude, personally observed one employee who had a phone call from a customer he had previously spoken with state "they can wait" and walk away. Would never recommend using NTB.

Came in for an emergency tire change two hours before closing time. Larry accommodated me and told me it could be done by tonight or latest by tomorrow morning. It was done within half an hour! So grateful as I was going to take a long work trip the following day.

I went there a couple days ago at 5PM (They close at 6PM). Very nice people. They took the time to drive the car after I explained what I was feeling wrong. They tried and checked everything they could think of. At the end they figured it out but it was something out of their expertise. By then almost 7PM. I asked how much I owed. Nothing! I'll go back there for service!

My TPS sensor came on while I was traveling through Pittsburgh on my way home. They were incredibly diligent in inspecting my tires to see if there was a flat. I cannot express the gratitude of how helpful they were and their honest service. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from Alex and the staff. I had a slow leak in my tire due to a bent rim which was not discovered on my first visit to the store, however, I had to bring it back again because the tire was still leaking. I brought it back to them after 4pm on Saturday and they stayed till after 5pm closing in order to find the issue. They discovered the bent rim which was causing the slow leak and tried to seal the leak as best as possible then remounted my tire without charging. They also recommended that I take the car to Hub Cap Heaven who could fix a bent rim. Very nice guys to deal with. A thank you to them for their courteous, professional and excellent service and for staying past closing time.

I got aflat at 7:30 pm about a mile away. I limped my way here to avoid calling roadside assistance. These guys stayed late to replace my tire, went out of their way to give me some good advice, and the service manager was just outstanding.

I have been going to this NTB for years and have always been treated incredibly well. Today’s visit was no different: I got (yet another) flat tire. The guys here were able to squeeze me in immediately, discussed with me how they were going to remedy the situation, and had me out the door within an hour. They're the best!
