If you drive a fleet vehicle of any kind, do NOT come here. They have no respect for your time. I show up on Thursday, 11/21/24 around noon. I need to get my obligatory state inspection done and an oil change. Now mind you, this place is open until 6 PM on weekdays. Nope, nothing available. Plus, "I had two techs call off today. Can't get it in today try back tomorrow." Sure. I get it, a lot of places are busy and can't accommodate walk-ins. Friday, 11/22/24 I inform my office that I need to get this done and couldn't get it done the previous day. Around 1 PM, I call down to this location since it's relatively close to where I live. I get informed via phone (after it rang for 5 minutes) that they don't have any time available today, and to schedule an appointment online. Now, I hate to inform service managers of these kinds of places, but fleet vehicles can't exactly schedule when to be in the shop, it's based on when we have free time to go and get it done. This is why fleet vehicles are often beat up and neglected. I decide to jump online to see what they're scheduling is like. I see two slots open for Saturday, 11/23/24 but that won't work since I have to work. I do see a 9 AM (when they open) slot available for Sunday, 11/24/24. Perfect. I select which services I need, make the appointment. I show up this morning, and the first thing that he asks after handing over the registration and insurance, "Is this a fleet vehicle?" I confirm that it is. He says, "Oh, we don't have anyone here on the weekends to do fleet vehicles." At this point, I'm so fed up with the run-around. If you don't want to do it, just tell me. I'm an adult, I can find somewhere else to go, this place is simply a matter of convenience being a half hour away from where I live. I ask when someone who can do it would be there, and he simply says, "On weekdays." I mention how I did show up on weekdays and was told they can't do it because they're too busy. My whole thing is, in LITERALLY any other business, if you're open on weekends you offer the full range of services, otherwise there's no point in being open. OR you make it very clear to the customer when scheduling. This is why many banks don't open on weekends, as they know they can't provide their customers with their full range of services. I've now wasted an hour and a half of my day driving my service vehicle down there, just to be told, once again, they can't do it. Could you imagine if McDonald's told you that they don't have anyone there to make burgers on the weekends? Could you imagine calling the paramedics and them saying, "Sorry, we don't have any EMTs who assist with heart attacks on the weekends." If you're having that much of a problem having people who will show up for work, or be willing to work weekends, maybe the management in the store is the problem and the store needs some restructuring.

Hands down one of the best services i had for my vehicle!! The gentlemen here were AWESOME to work with! ***The manager, Trent, was a HUGE help***! Period..Today was my second time coming back this week for more work and he did not disappoint. If you are looking for honest mechanics, or a respectable place to have work done on your vehicle, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to have that done! Go see for yourself!!

I had a fine experience. Alan (I believe his name was) was most courteous and helpful. They got me on my way with new tires and my Jeep good as new (it was way out of alignment.) What stood out was Alan apologizing for the wait time even though it only took about 15 minutes longer than the estimated time he had initially given me. I will be back.

I had a terrible experience at this shop. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and brake pad replacement, but when I got my car back, my brake lines were completely broken and brake fluid leaking to engine. They refused to take responsibility for the issue and wouldn’t provide any further service. I ended up having to tow my car, which was fully drivable when I brought it in. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When I had a flat tire on Rt 28 I had my car towed there. Blade provided excellent service in finding a tire very similar to what I had and got me a great deal on a set of two. He even went as far as explaining and showing me that an alignment would definitely be beneficial, and the price was very reasonable!

This NTB was a life saver today!! Driving home from soccer my car started making this terrible squeaking noise. I brought it in and the new asst manager Allen said he’d look at it but it would take a few hours. I agreed and he handed the keys to Blade to take it for a spin to try to figure out what happened. Blade backed out of the spot about 2 feet and they both knew what was doing on. Took it in the back and dislodged a rock out of the disc brake. Handed me my rock and my keys and I was out free of charge. Amazing experience, amazing service. Will be my go to from now on!!

The employees here are very helpful. I forgot my insurance card for an inspection, and an employee helped me screenshot it and create a pdf file that was then printed out. I have been coming here for oil changes and tire service for a while, pre-acquisition, and the employees have always been helpful and friendly, and still are. I have never had any complaints about the service my car receives, and will continue to bring it here, because the schedule is very accomodating.

I called at closing. I was 10 mins away. They said if I could make it before 6:20, I could get the tires. Came in and they mounted and balanced tires 15 mins after close. Helped me out when I was a long way from home.

In the Need of new tires, They came in clutch. They got me in within a short time. They got the tires on quickly and I was able to get back on the road. They did all of so with genuine kindness. Great place for service. No complaints whatsoever in my experience!!!

NTB in North Fayette can’t be beat when it comes to customer service. The tech and manager were extremely accommodating with my crazy schedule. The service provided was exactly what was needed. They didn’t try any awkward upsells!

The guys here are awesome. Great customer service. The kid who did our brakes and rotors did a phenomenal job and definitely knew what he was talking about. We paid 390 after taxes for rear rotors and brake pads. And now we have a lifetime warranty on the pads. Midas quoted us 250 for the pads alone. Trent was also awesome and we will be coming back in the future

They tried to convince me that my brake pads have more than half pads left and that my car’s brake pad wear sensor was faulty and I dulls have it checked at the dealership. I asked them to change them anyways, below are pictures of the old pads.

I got truck tires and tires for my SUV just recently! And I am highly satisfied! They do great work! And they have Wonderful customer service!
