I had came in because my tire had low pressure, and the gentleman working the front was very kind and immediately went outside to fill my tires up. After expressing concern that it happened before, he offered for them to inspect my tires to make sure nothing is wrong with them. They were able to fit me in and provided great customer service all around.

Very disappointed. They charged me for mounting and balancing plus tpms install that they didn't have the equipment to program my provided tpms sensors. They were supposed to move the front tires to the back when mounting the tires on new rims. They couldn't get my name right. Then forgot to do the state inspection, but charged me for it and I had to wait for this to be done. Absolute disorganization. I won't be back.

I left "Just Tires" on Capital Blvd because I was literally ignored. I didn't even get a head nod! However, when I called NTB the young man I spoke to was very kind and told me to come right in. I received excellent customer service and was in and out quickly. I shared with them what happened at the other place and they patched my tire for free! What a blessing! 😀Thank you so much gentlemen! I will be back!

Great staff and store. They took care of the issue with my tire. But before they did, they took the time to let me know I may have warranty protection and could save my money. I love the honesty and integrity.

I used to buy all my tires from ntb. But, After my last set of tires ön my 2013 chevy truck,( it's a long Story what i went through ) i will never buy tires or have service ever again. And just recently went to the ntb on strickland rd for a Rotation and balance because it was free as part of my contact, it was another bad experience. When i got there i was told it would take a half hour, i was there 1 hour and 45min And ended up with two striped lugnuts and no tires rotated or balanced. Vary disappointing. I will never use ntb again and if all possible i will descurage anyone from useing ntb.

Super quick and wonderful customer service to repair a hole in my tire from a screw. I went to two other places first while carting around my 2 month old and was told it would take hours-days to repair. I called NTB before driving over, was able to book an appt and take my car over immediately, and was given an estimated price. The mechanics were super friendly and were able to fix it within 20 min!

I brought my Maserati and I have the rear two tires put on. The first go around they didn't balance them like they were supposed to. When I brought it back in the next morning they balanced them but I still feel vibration in the back. 🤦🏻 I don't have time to keep going back in

Super kind and polite staff. They were able to fit my tire repair in last minute and were honest. They could have sold me a tire but instead repaired my tire. While I waited, I watched several costumers come in and they were all handled with professionalism and patience, even the guy that was arguing over his final bill bc he misunderstood the fees. That guy still left happy.

Spoke with Sierra on the phone from next door at Precision Tire when the latter told me I would have to wait almost 6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. She was able to fit me right in. I don't know yet if the work they did was on point, so I'm leaving 4 stars for right now. I will update in a week or so. But Sierra gets 5 stars!
