Chank and his crew have done it again! They provided me with the most professional and quick service I've experienced in a long time. I was thrilled to see Chank back at the shop! Just before Thanksgiving, my daughter-in-law and I were out shopping when I realized my rear tire was flat. After adding some air, I managed to get to NTB. Nya, the assistant manager, quickly assessed my tire and informed me that I had not one, but TWO nails in it, making it unrepairable. Chank and his team went above and beyond by ordering a new tire, changing my oil, and inspecting my car—all before we left for the Thanksgiving holiday. I would 1000% recommend Chank, Nya and Antone at NTB on Brook Road for their exceptional service and commitment to their customers. Thank you, Chank and team!

Joe and Jayden did an excellent job, on a Sunday evening, with helping replace a tire. If it were not for them, I do not know what I would have done. I am extremely grateful for their help. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend this service in the future.

NTB closes at 5 oclock and I came to the shop at 4 with no appointment, and still was greeted with great customers service, regardless of having other vehicles in front of me, knowing the close at 5, they gladly agreed to stay pass 5 oclock and helped with my flat tire 🤧 Joe, and Jaden was great
