I had a great experience here! I went just to see if they could fit me in for a walk in tire repair, and they were able to help right away. Not only that but the man who helped me was super informative, kind, and personable. He explained everything to me very patiently and kindly so I fully understood my options. Great service, communication, & staff!

Came here with a flat tire. Ian was extremely patient and thorough in explaining my MANY options, so I was able to select what was the best balance of cost-effective and efficient for me. I ended up getting a new tire, and this representative helped me understand exactly WHY the old one was unable to be patched. I also ended up keeping the “spare tire” I had had in my trunk, and this representative helped me understand why it needed either a different wheel base or different lug nuts in order to mount to my car. Such patience and thoroughness! We need more of this in the world… especially in the car repair world. I leave happy with my tires, some new understanding, and more faith in humanity, lol.

Getting a flat tire sucks, but this crew made it as painless as possible. They were friendly, fast and attentive to detail. I really appreciated that they walked me through my options clearly and didn’t try to upsell me. Highly recommend.

I got up and was trying to head off to work when my clutch pedal went straight to the floor. I was able to get it towed towed to them a little while later. Much to my surprise they were able to get the parts sourced and installed same day! It even cost less than I was anticipating which was great, since my mind had immediatley gone to needing a new clutch. I'd certainly go back to them for my next routine service.

I had an incredible experience at NTB thanks to Caleb and John! From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. My brakes were in dire need of repair, and they tackled the job with professionalism and expertise. Not only did they fix them flawlessly, but they also offered an excellent discount for veterans, which I truly appreciated. The team was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. It's rare to find such dedicated service these days! John the store manager is also the top tech there and his prices are super good and he was so knowledgeable that he taught me things about my vehicle I hadn’t been told by any of the techs that worked on my car in the previous years before. I will be going back to this 3000 w broad st store from now on for all my cars needs and I will very strongly suggest and advise everyone I know and more to go to see John as well. He will definitely get you all the way together and get you back on the road ready to roll. He’s the BEST!!! And I’m 42 years old and has had many vehicles so I’m a great judge of mechanics. The other NTB stores warned me to not go back to them because this location doesn’t know what they’re doing. I needed a full brake service but the female cashier only put me down for brake pads 🙄. I politely asked the female cashier why I was only getting brake pads, She stormed out the door and spoke loudly about me to her manager as if I couldn’t hear from the other side of the glass.

Caleb and John turned our bad flat tire experience with Firestone down the road (online appt not "seen" and employee non-plussed that there were no other same-day appts available) into such a positive NTB experience, we will be returning to this location for any future car service we might need in Richmond (where we live part-time). Sunday hours are a real plus in Richmond and their friendly, honest, expeditious service enabled us to return to NoVa as planned. John even made recommendations for things we could do while we waited the 45 minutes (it was shorter) for our car tire to be replaced. Highly recommend this location.

Fast and friendly service. The technicians and staff Celab and John explained in detail how they would fix my tire pressure monitoring system that had been a on going problem for me. Caleb was able to get me in faster than originally estimated. I would recommend this NTB location to anyone.

I needed 2 new front tires in a pinch. Their hours work great for someone who works 9-5 m-f. It was easy to book a reservation. Once there, Caleb and John were friendly and helpful. They presented me with my options and there was no pressure to spend more than I needed to. The whole process was quick, simple, and an overall positive experience. I recommend.

I took my car for an alignment and now I need a new battery. There was nothing wrong with my car and now my car won’t start. They jumped it for me and this morning it won’t start again and I’m stuck at home and my car doesn’t start. It’s mighty funny to me and they didn’t act like they were concerned or cared at all.

I don't really have words to describe the level of kindness and care we received at NTB. We flew in from out of state for a wedding and after driving for about 20min, we had a completely flat tire. The rental car company told us we drove it off the lot so it's our problem. We walked over to NTB to ask for some help and they were more than generous with their time. John especially has gone above and beyond to help us out. We're not from here, but if we were, we would absolutely return! Jay and Jaime were also so incredible. Honestly, just great people to be around!

Brought my girlfriends car in with a tire that repeatedly lost air. I gave them the symptoms and they took it from there. diagnosed, tested and fixed the issue within an hour of me walking in. the staff here were friendly and extremely professional. NTBs complimentary services are the other half of the reason i will always be a return customer. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone.

Great customer service! We had a flat while passing through town and realized all of the tires needed to be replaced but we aren’t from Richmond. John didn’t have what we needed on site but he called around and found another local NTB that had what we needed so we could get home tonight. So appreciated. This would be my NTB store if we were local.

Had a great experience with NTB! Jamal helped me get set up with a new set of tires when I walked-in on short notice with my car on a tow truck. A rogue piece of metal had punctured my back tire, so I needed that one replaced and already knew the rest were due soon anyways. He made sure to review all of my options with me and was extremely kind and courteous. The service team was also very quick and efficient- overall it was an hour from the time I walked in and when I left. I will be recommending this location to those I know! Thank you, gentlemen, for all your hard work!

Not sure how putting a new tire on and not fully adding enough air to it happened, but it did. When i went in to say that my low air light was on i.was told, oh the pressure will build up and it will go out. It didn't. And the next morning I put over 16 lbs of air in the tire became the light was still on and i have had no issues since. But how does this shop do something like that? And look me dead in the face and tell me the pressure will build up.

This shop is the bomb! My shuttle van had a low tire on a Sunday of all days. I pulled in and with the help of John and Jayden (sorry on the spelling) they got right to it. In a short time I was back at full pressure and back in the game. Thanks guys. Y'all rock!!

In my forty years of driving, I really haven't had this much bad luck. Ran over a nail 2 weeks ago ... used my full size spare. And then yesterday ... ran over ANOTHER nail ... messing up my spare turned permanent. Needless to say. It was time for new tires! AAA suggested I call a tire shop and they would tow me. Within 30 minutes, I had made an appointment with NTB, and they were able to squeeze me in perfectly! So very thankful they offered perfection service, and I was out of there within an hour and a half! Staff was amazing, so professional and they truly looked like they were having a good time working! Will definitely be going back for other services!

I was picking my daughter up at the end of her freshman year at VCU and she managed to pop both right side tires on her car the morning of pickup. No other stores were open in Richmon on Sunday but when I called the NTB John O’Leary and his team were incredibly helpful. They had the tires I needed in stock and gave me some advice on how to manage getting everything taken care of. Once we got the tires to the store they had me in and out with the new tires in less than 30 mins. Price was reasonable as well. INCREDIBLE!! These guys helped us out of a jam in a huge way. highly recommend them.
