I’ve been bringing my cars for tires and wheel alignment to NTB for years I’ve gone wherever Sam has gone He insures all my needs for maintenance are taken care of If they are not able to help with the issues I have been referred to other reliable places to fit those needs as well. I appreciate all the help given to me and my family when we go with our car care needs

On 12/3 I visited the NTB on W-Florissant. All I can say is LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT CAREFULLY!!! I'm not sure who the fair skinned older gentleman was at the register. I hope he isn’t a manager. He over charged me PERIOD!! I bought 2 tires for 89.99 a piece. I was charged $99.00 for a wheel alignment. He offered if I paid for 1tire warranty, he’d give me the other tire warranty for FREE. Well he charges me for the second one anyway. Then mentions I need a battery?, okay whatever. He puts the price of the battery on my receipt. I guess to throw me off of the FACT my receipt is all kinds of wrong. That being said I’m going back up to the shop tomorrow and make him explain why my receipt looks suspicious as hell. Never trust a place that doesn’t display their prices upfront. I will be contacting corporate and the BBB. Oh then on my way out he asks me to leave a review. Your wish is my command. Don’t patronize this place if you just insist LOOK AT YOUR RECIPT. Oh last thing their tires are typically cheaper online, than in the store. Order them and they’ll be shipped to the store. I would have paid $180.00 per tire had I purchased my size tires the same day. But I only paid $89.00 and had to wait a couple days.

NTB brought me in at 5pm to correct front end alignment. I would highly recommend working with Mr. Sam Lucas. He is very professional and WILL walk the extra mile. God Bless

I have been to this store before no issues went in today dropped my truck off for a brand new tire ($200) after leaving I discovered my truck had been ran through as if they were looking for something and my book bag was open with my WEED MISSING DON'T GO HERE TRASH ASS SERVICE

I purchased three tires in March of 2024. So in April of 2024 I purchased another tire all four tires was supposed to have matched a tire rotation I found out that one of my tires the one that I purchased in April was never replaced I also do not trust this location because I was supposed to have gotten brakes and a wheel alignment and from I was told nothing was done. Don't go to this location! Go somewhere else

I was out of town, 400 miles away from home and I came in to get a new set of tires. DJ helped me get a great set of tires that fit my budget that also don't have road noise. I felt very welcomed there and it was a very clean business. DJ, Anthony and CJ was the ones that changed the old out for the new and was very fast and helpful. They also told me to keep an eye on my back brakes cause they are getting a little low on the pads and will be needing to be changed soon. I really appreciated the heads up. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! From the pH call to the enter of the work place. Kim the customer service lady was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Attitude was very professional and kind and also sweet. Kim made me AWARE that windshield wipers was on sale. She Awesome! The manger Sam also came out and reassure me that the work would not probably take as long if the car that was in front of me check out everything. The employee's in the back where doing their jobs great and get customers out and going. The places was nice and cozy, clean and felt like home Amazing place to patronize and I will be back. 💯

I found them to give me service, but not like I'm use too, no resetting the oil mileage, no sticker for next oil change, no thanks for coming, and I paid $21. More than the dealer I'm use to going to. I'll be sticking to my town for oil changes 😌
