I bought a set of 5 tires. Within a year, 3 of them split in the same place on each tire. I was in different places each time they went flat. They couldn't recognize that there was a problem with that set and wouldn't warranty them. They offered $50 off the next set I buy. Ridiculous. Don't go here.

Brian gave exceptionally great service. He answered all my questions and made sure I was well taken care of. My vehicle had a dead battery, it was tested and replaced at a very reasonable price in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend!

Our family loves NTB! They are always kind, helpful and honest. Getting us in and out quickly with fair pricing. Best place to go if you need work or tires while you have small children. Their waiting room is separated and the door can be closed reducing stress while waiting for repairs. We have been here several times and will continue to return.

So on my way back home I ended up having the valve from my tire broken. Leaving me with a flat tire and I have work the very next day and it’s quite a drive . So I go on Google and look up whose open my normal tire shop that I normally go to is closed judging by the fact it’s past 6:30 pm . So I go and look up tire shops that are open I end up stumbling on NTB and I called them to just make sure they’re open and available turns out they are . The guy at the front was very friendly over the phone and said yes we’re open come head over here . I was conflicted at first because I could have gotten the part at orileys but judging by the fact my tire was deflated and it was dark out it was pointless . One of the mechanics approached me at my car and decided to help me out I was quite and shock because I was in my own world trying to figure out what to do . He offered to do it for free and to be quite honest that was the most generous thing anyone has done . He was kind enough to check out the tire tell me what it’s actually wrong and also lets me know what part and how much it would be . He gave me the option of paying the $118 upfront or just do the old school way and just add a valve to my tire without the sensor for free . In all honesty I thank them all for being kind and honest with me . It gives me relief that theirs kind people like that out there that are willing to help out of their kindest of their heart . Thank you so much guys !! I did promise y’all a good review and here ya go I also made it home safely thanks to y’all’s generous help !!!

I went in this morning for a simple flat repair or tire replacement. Told the technician that the tire was in the back of the bed that I wanted to have fixed. After pulling my truck in, they took every Tire on the truck off and started checking under the hood. None of these things of what I asked them to do. Upon asking them, they said this was her company policy. If it is, I don't like it, and I will never use NTB again. This is simple fishing looking for more problems to repair. I find it deceptive and unethical. This is not how you build trust with customers.

Fair tire pricing. Oil change is over priced, in my opinion. Got a same day appointment which was great. Brian, the onsite manager, was very thorough in his explanation of what was happening with my tires and took the time to show me. The rest of the staff were all very friendly. I was in and out in less than an hour with all new tires and oil change. Overall, if you have to buy new tires, I would recommend this place.

We were travelling from Austin to Dallas on a rental car. Heard a strange noise while driving the car. Looked under the car and noticed a broken plastic piece touching the road. Stopped at this shop and they quickly fixed it up at no cost! Despite my willingness to pay for the prompt service, the manager Mr. Brian did not charge us. Brian and his staff were very kind. I recommend this shop with no hesitation.

When I was driving from Dallas to San Antonio last weekend I heard a noise coming from the front drivers side tire area I just had my tires balanced at the NTB in Cedar Hill. So I stopped at the NTB in Waco to check out the cause of the noise. I was very concerned that my tire was going to fall off. Brian was so helpful! They immediately took my car to the back and thoroughly checked out my car. They were able to fix the problem. I was so relieved! Thank you so much Brian!!!

Had a wonderful experience. I was traveling, was in a hurry to get back on the road and Paul really helped me out since his manager was busy helping other customers. So I would definitely recommend them, for their friendly and speedy service.

Last month my husband and I came to Waco for a couples retreat and while heading there our car started to run funny and sound crazy. We came across NTB and was so thankful. Even though they were pretty busy Paul made sure to make us feel welcomed and get our car looked at in a timely manner. Thank goodness for the kindness and expertise Paul had. Would definitely recommend you go there for your needs they are speedy and friendly.

My husband and I were traveling from Waco back to Houston and our tire was wobbly... we stopped in to the NTB and Paul was so nice and very helpful. Even though the store was really busy, we felt like we were taken care of. Paul was able to get us a new tire and we are truly greatful for his kindness and expertise!

You should come here for brake help, I am honest to a fault, I don't understand car lingo but I came in today because i was nervous about my brake pads and rotors because I just got my tires exchanged, and the last provider told me I would need to have them replaced so I called around and Brian told me to come in and he would do a free inspection! I was glad I came in because evidently the pads and rotors are still doing well and will continue to do so for awhile, so I felt a big weight off my shoulders and it makes for long distance trips to be easier knowing I have Brian's approval of them to continue with my joys in life. Thank you Brian for your service for our country and for my family by keeping us safe. I'm sorry this review is long but I'm very happy

Great place! Manager very helpful and crew is friendly. My daughter’s car needed 2 tires and brakes. We got in and out in an hour. I will never go to “that other tire place” this NTB has got this family’s business. Big thank you to the crew and manager.

Nov 6 paid $1,881 for 4 new tires and an alignment. Ended up with the car pulling to the left and a chip in my rim. My next day off Nov 13 went in to see about getting the alignment checked and no one is there that can run the machine. Can I come back tomorrow. I guess I just keep driving it and wear the tires out. Very disappointing. No I can’t come back tomorrow I have a job that is very demanding this time of year. My next day off is Thanksgiving after that Christmas Day.

Visited here a couple of days ago for a flat tire. There was no wait once I pulled up and the techs were absolutely amazing. I would recommend this NTB to all my family and friends. They even checked all of my other tires. Extremely satisfied.

I stopped in today to get my alignment checked and it was great news to see the old manager Brian had came back to run the store again. Brian is a great guy very honest I'm glad he's back to run that place again it wasn't the same without him. I also want to mention angel he was very friendly and professional he took the time to explain everything to me about my alignment so I would understand everything. I felt at ease when I left there today. Great customer service from Brian and angel if you need some work done go hollar at Brian he will get you squared away and you'll leave not feeling like you've been taken advantage of. L.S.

I went there to get an alignment and the service was great. Deanna did an amazing job and got it done within a timely manner as well. However when I went to speak and ask a few questions with the manager, Brian, he was very rude and unprofessional and didn’t bother to answer any of my questions. I go up there pretty often to get work done on my car, but because of Brian’s unprofessionalism I will no longer be coming up there. Again, Deanna did a great job with the service but definitely look into getting a manager who’s more professional and knows how to speak to someone without being rude.
