I was between meetings and noticed I had a flat tire. I pulled into NTB at about 10:45 and they were able to quickly change my tire out and get me back on the road in time for my 12:00 meeting in Mansfield! Excellent customer service.

While passing through town I had a problem with one of my tires and chose this business to help me. I ended up needing two tires and they talked me through all of my options to get the best price. Everyone was very friendly and although it took longer than I expected to change out two tires, it was still a good experience!

I went in to get one of my tires checked cause it has been leaking air and also to get them rotated. It took them a while but they found the leak. It was the 2nd time taking it in for the same reason the tech took his time and when he found it came in to show me. Awesome job, great service and all workers were polite.

Originally I had made an appointment for tpms but there was issues and my appointment was somehow cancelled. The store manager Romel, I believe, assisted us and helped us right away. He gave us great customer service and we’ll be coming back!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place has zero urgency for their customers. They do not care how long you have to sit in their lobby and wait for a simple oil change/tire rotation etc. Do not expect any kind of good service from this place. The Technicians will sit on their phones and waste your entire day for something that takes an hour anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Had a flat and they took care of me. Went to discount tire first and they didn’t want to help me out or touch my car. I was running on a spare, but my spare blew out on my way there. NTB took care of me even though they where about to close.

I had a frustrating experience at NTB in Waxahachie. After a lengthy delay and poor communication, my car was returned with multiple warning lights on. The service manager was rude and aggressive when I asked about the issue. Despite replacing the battery, the lights remained on. When I returned, I found out their outdated equipment was likely the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager became hostile when I questioned the work. As a loyal customer for 25 years, I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior. I expect a full refund, proper repairs, and an apology. Customer beware of this bully (service manager). I’ve been a loyal NTB customer for 25 years and have never encountered an experience like this—nor anywhere else for that matter. This individual needs to realize that it is *we*, the customers, who support him and his family. We, as customers, have the power to take our business elsewhere. To NTB: 1. I am requesting a full refund as I wasted an entire day due to this. 2. I expect my vehicle to be properly repaired, and the issues addressed. 3. I demand a sincere apology from the service manager and wish to see appropriate disciplinary action to be taken. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

I had an emergency issue with my 2025 G580EV and they were able to fix it with no problem. The staff was amazingly friendly and patient when I panicked. And since I’m new to the area, I know that they will definitely have my service. Thank you

My 2013 Chevy Suburban battery light came on, and I came in with just 5 minutes left until they closed on a Saturday and Jeff and Shawn took care of me! They ran all the diagnostics to find out my battery was just fine. Instead of just selling me a battery to close up shop they took their time to give me honest feedback. When I do need a new battery I’ll be coming back! Thank you

Came in last minute because my tire was low on air, even though it was 5 after 5 Shaun offered to put air in my tires, that was until he noticed a nail in my tire, he asked if I was in a hurry to get anywhere and offered to fix my tire even though it was already past their closing time. I'm grateful there's still tire shops that still look out for customers. Thank you NTB & Thank you Shaun and Logan!

Came in this morning for a price on 4 tires brakes and an alignment, the gentleman at the counter seemed lost or overwhelmed at my inquiry, thankfully the Service Manager Shawn? (I hope i got his name right) walked in and was able to quickly get the information, He broke down the "good better and best" tires for my vehicle, broke down the price of brakes into parts and labor, and informed me that my vehicle would be getting an all wheel alignment instead of just a front end. He recommended that I set an appointment and also think about getting a ride home as it would be about 3 hours start to finish. As a woman it's nice to know there's an auto shop that doesn't look at women as just another dollar in the till. 10/10 would and will recommended.

I was in distress this morning because my gas cap was broke and I couldn't get it open, so I went to NTB Waxahachie for help. Romell and his staff were very friendly, polite, knowledgable, and helpful!!! They fixed my gas cap within minutes. Sometimes its the little things that makes a persons day. Thank you so much!!!!
