OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly no nonsense folks here. They do unload these tires by floor load,with some forklift help, I understand it takes a while, so been there done that, anyways about 6 hrs(I cook on my truck) They do have ovnp on the street off to the side(no one bothered me would hold maybe 5/6 trucks between left right sides), left side is best, right side has some huge creators potholes, anyways arrived the night before,unload the next morning for appt.@0600. The dock area not bad/doable. Don't ovnp at any of the docks. See photos.

Was only there to grab a tire the honda dealership right down the road had ordered. Weird since i dont work for them and they seemed to have plenty of employees that could have gone there and picked it up. Since i then had to deliver it to their, maintance and service department. One single solitary tires. Cost me more in gas and wear and tear on my personal vehicle than what i was paid to pick said tire up.

Mike was very unhelpful. Hung up on me and didn’t give me any prices to give to my customers. I recommend you guys check your practices and get a new guys to answer the phone. :)

People are nice. Takes about 3 to 4 hrs to unload. Dont get here early, no place to park.

6 hours to get unloaded bring a lunch. Don't get me wrong I understand you get paid by the hour but drivers get paid by the mile and 6 hours is an easy 300 plus miles gone bye bye.
