My technician Josh in Atlanta was great! I was able to be serviced right outside my apartment on a side street and he was in and out within 30 minutes. He was able to detect a misdiagnosis I had received from a smaller car shop and had the parts to fix the correct issue. This was my first experience with this company and I highly recommend them! It was so convenient not having to coordinate dropping your car off at the shop and he came in the scheduled time frame.

Was told by a Precision Auto Mechanic that I needed new rear brakes and it would be $580… And I was a loyal customer! The NuBrakes tech Josh, came to my house and explained everything to me and ended up showing me that I didn’t need new brakes. He saved me alot of money and from being ripped off by shady mechanics😤 Best service in ATL

My car was making a rubbing/hissing sound. Jonathan came out and diagnosed that it was not a brake issue and was able to make a quick adjustment to stop the noise. Great guy, great company!!

I called trying to have my car serviced while on vacation only to be told that because my car is a v8 they have to use “performance brakes” which raised the price over 100$. The v8 and v6 cars have the exact same brake parts they just force you to buy their “performance brakes”. This place is a racket.

Highly recommend! I was in need of front rotors and brake pads due to grinding, they were very attentive and communicated an upfront pricing for me and scheduling was very easy! Jonathan was my Technician he came on time in the timeframe window I had selected and let me know when he was on his way and upon arrival, he was very nice and professional did the work right out in the driveway! Super convenient! Definitely will be using them again !!

My technician, Josh was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the process in changing my brakes; which also required replacing the rotors and the right brake caliper. They deserve 5 stars despite the fact that I had to take my car out to my dealership to have them calibrate and remove codes after NuBrakes replaced my front/rear pads and rear rotor. NuBrakes paid for the tow and service at the dealership and even offered to cover a rental if one was needed. They had 5-star customer service, and eventually, 5-star service, too. I will use them again. These folks are the real deal and know how to take care of customers. Oh! And I still saved more than $1,000 on brake repairs that I would have paid at the dealership.

My vehicle was exhibiting signs of brake pad wear and I had NuBrakes replace the brake pads at the convenience of my home on a Sunday. Josh was very efficient, had great communication and fixed that obnoxious sound from the brakes! The overall experience and service was excellent and I would recommend them highly!
