I absolutely love NuBrakes, I used them for the first time in 2023 & again today. I love the fact that I was able to make an appointment last night for service this morning. They gave me a quote over the phone & when the tech got here he confirmed the exact quote. The tech Dominique was very professional & friendly, he kept me updated on his arrival time & once the job was completed. I love this service as I work from home & the convenience of having someone come to me is the best thing ever. I am a customer for life.

I highly recommend using Nu Brakes. One of the technicians canceled on me and they had someone else sent out within an hour. It took about 30 minutes for Tim to install the brake pads. No more sitting at Honda for hours. Thank you again Nu Brakes and thank you Tim 😊

Was able to get an appointment the very next day. Dominique was an excellent technician. He was honest, straightforward, professional and went above and beyond. They gave me a quote over the phone, their communication is on point! Brandon was my technician was a gentleman he look over my car and recommend my front break and rotors to be change, and my back break and rotors was in good shape didn't try to over sell anything! He text and let me know when he was on they, and completely the job pretty fast, would recommend NuBrakes to any one how don't like waiting at the shop for hours even tho you had an appointment, anyone looking for good price and waiting comfortably in there own home/work

I found NuBrakes from Google reviews and was very impressed with every aspect of service!! Everything from getting a quote to scheduling the actual service went smoothly and painlessly. Josh was my technician and he was friendly, communicative, efficient, and knowledgeable. He replaced my front brake pads and rotors in my driveway, and the final cost was even less than the estimate. All in all, I highly recommend NuBrakes!!!

NuBrakes sent a tech to work on my car. After he left, I couldn’t start my car. He had drained my battery dead. When I told NuBrakes about the problem, they did nothing to solve the problem. I’m very disappointed with this company. Would not recommend..

Give it up to the NuBrakes marketing guys for having such good google search results. What an awesome business model – convenience, affordability, and reliability that comes to you. Had front brake pads, fluid exchange, and rotors done for about 50% less than what my dealership quoted me. And I didn't have to waste 2-3 hours in a boring waiting room on top of it. The tech– Jonathon – was awesome and helped me understand the work needed. 100% will use NuBrakes again and recommend them highly!

Booked an appointment to have front pads and rotors done 3 weeks ago… today I had to have a warranty follow up appointment. Let’s just say that’s when things went south. Technician said the persistent grinding noise was from rear drums. Agreed to have them replaced. Ultimately, after 4+ hour appointment, I had no braking control and my vehicle was unsafe to drive. Contacted NuBrakes support, given generic assurance and yet another appointment for 2 days from now. Not happy about the experience or really price at this point. Urging caution to others thinking about using them for service. Update: They came back out for inspection to find that because a test drive wasn’t complete a common issue was missed. Appreciate how clear Josh was during the visit on what was wrong and what he did to resolve the problem.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Nubrakes and Josh. Got a quote at 1 pm , he was here by 2 and changed the front rotors and brake pads in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price and a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty. 10/10 highly recommend. There's a reason that the average review is 4.9. If you need any brake work done, Nubrakes should be on the top of your list.

I love the fact that everything today is so convenient. I made my appointment yesterday and Brandon came out today. I tell everybody that I pay for convenience. Brandon got here on time, did my brakes in less than 30 mins and there is no more squeaking. The service was fast And worth every dime that I paid. Will definitely use this service for any future problems. Thank you !

This was the second time using NuBrakes. Decided to get the General Maintenance package done. Oil change, tire rotation, filters changed, ect. WAY less that the dealer ship! And I didn't have to leave home! My service guy was Josh and from the time I got the "I'm here" text to the "all done" text was 22 minutes. I really couldn't be happier. I will be doing service with NuBrakes in the future and I highly recommend.
