2nd time ive used NuBrakes with the same experience as before. Service reps was polite and replied in a timely manner. Tech texted me that he was on his way. Arrived, uniformed and in a company logoed vehicle. Diagnosed my issue and was done 45 mins late. Will be back when I need brakes again.

Brian with NUBRAKES was honest, and Michael was professional, fast, and efficient. He even showed me what he replaced and the new part he installed. I will definitely refer this business to others. I saw some of the negative reviews and was a bit skeptical.......but after Brian arrived and started working, all worries went away! Thanks again NUBRAKES for saving me about $500.

I had such a great first experience with NuBrakes. They came out to my house, showed up on time, and did not try to overcharge me for unnecessary work. Pedro was my mechanic. He was professional & got my brake pads changed in less than an hour! Definitely recommend them!! I paid less than I would have anywhere else & the convenience of them coming to me was great.

I scheduled a brake repair and received same day service. Contacted before 7am. Tech arrived at my residence by 2pm and was finished in less than an hour. Excellent!!!

Jiovanny did a great job. Got my front pads changed quickly and had great customer service. I will definitely be calling to use this technician in the future. No upselling but gave me great information on other services they offer and great maintenance advice for my vehicle.

I was worried about living in an apartment complex and thinking that my brakes couldn’t get replaced here, but I’m glad I was wrong about that. Once I was told the ETA, they showed up right on time and got the job done in about an hour with no issues at all. I’ll definitely call again when any more issues arise.

Nubrakes mechanic Michael, informed he was on his way 30mins before arrival and showed up early! He assessed the issues with my brakes and did not try to push extra repairs! He recommended that I replace front and back brakes but when I told him that I only wanted the front done as requested he did not push/force the matter any further. He was very fast and efficient and the best part was that it was all done at my office and I didn't have to wait in a waiting area or come back and get my vehicle! Michael was very informative and helpful as well, because of him I will be using NuBrakes to replace my rear brakes very soon!

Service was quick and great. From the beginning of getting a quote up until the job was completed I was amazed by the wonderful customer service I received and how the tech was very detailed in explaining the parts I needed in addition to what I was originally quoted for.
