A RIP OFF BIG TIME , TOLD ME $250 FOR JUST PADS ON THE FRONT , AND ANOTHER $250 FOR REAR ,SAID IT COULD COST MORE DEPENDING WHAT THEY CAN FIND MORE ISSUES , PARTS ONLY COST $20 AND 20 MINUTES TO FIX ,IF YOU CAN FIND BRAKES FOR LESS , THEY ONLY CHARGE $99 FOR BOTH SIDES !!! THEIR GETTING RICH FROM RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

Maui was great! He was super knowledgeable and the final price was close to the estimate even though there were additional repairs that needed to be done. For the reviews that say they over charge - you are getting your brakes changed at the comfort of your own home. Cmon. Reasonable business and will be using them again!

Outrageous prices , they are scam artists be careful, they way over charge , they may lie to you say there's stuff wrong when there is nothing wrong with some of the parts , PLEASE BE AWARE , people like that may purposely damage other parts and charge you thousands of dollars, and lie say you need the whole brake system , 😞☹️

Maui is hands down a great tech. Doesn’t bullshit you and will tell you how it is. Once job is completed even took time to go over everything thoroughly. He even tossed the ball with my kids before he took off. Will be going back for more work in future

This is my first time using home repair for car service, NuBrakes is excellent! The technician is very professional, very efficient, 5-10 minutes to finish the problem checking, and 30 minutes to replace the two brake pads of the rear tires! The price is also reasonable too! Appreciate and Recommended !

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The “advisory team” I was told are from a country where they cannot buy cars and they don’t know anything about them. I called them and scheduled and appointment and as soon as they got there the mechanic told me they won’t work on my car due to the rust on it. Very displeased I explained the severity of the situation and they reassured me they could guarantee a repair. They didn’t even try they just told me to go to a shop instead. Claiming to be a master mechanic but can’t complete a brake job.. Florida mechanics are a joke they’ve never worked on any northern cars clearly. If I could have had my home mechanic up north come here it would’ve been done already. Very disappointed will not be using again and will not be recommending to anyone. If your car has any rust don’t even bother with them they will waste your time! Mind you I’m from New Hampshire I have a car that’s seen many winters. Up north mechanics have no problem with that due to that fact they understand what snow and salt does to your car. Very very disappointed.

The service itself was good—replacing my car battery was quick and easy once the technician arrived. However, the scheduling process was frustrating. My original appointment had a 4.5-hour window, but 12 minutes before it began, I was told I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled for the next day and requested a smaller window due to the inconvenience, which they accommodated with a 2-hour timeframe. However, communication was inconsistent. On the day of the new appointment, I didn’t receive a confirmation until I reached out, and during the window, I wasn’t updated until 25 minutes before it ended, when I was told the technician was delayed. After another hour of no updates, I finally received an ETA, but he arrived over two hours after the promised window. While the technician was polite and fixed the issue quickly, the poor communication and delays caused me to be very late to work, making the overall experience stressful.

We had two mechanics and both were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. During the first half of the job, we had Maui, but the wheel lock broke. (It was 18 years old!) We replaced it and Alex, the second mechanic, finished the job. NuBrakes reimbursed us for the cost of the wheel lock, which we appreciated.

I was looking for a mobile mechanic I needed a front brake job done asap ran across Nubrakes on social media and decided to try them out I was so nervous because in the past, I have been ripped off and job wasn’t even done correctly. They gave me a reasonable good price and then my appointment. They were on time and so professional and very friendly My mechanic is Alex And he is the best. He was very informative and professional, and took the time to explain things to me. They really did a good job. Service was fine. Work done quickly. The problem was they couldn't make the original appointment and had to cancel. They didn't let me know until 15 minutes before the window was up, and only after I reached out to them. Then for the rescheduled appointment, the tech arrived one and a half hours past the window I was given.
