Just had my rear brake pads and rotors put on the back of my vehicle. Joseph was my Technician. Very professional and explained to me what the issues were with my brake pads and he actually showed me the brake pad and I got to see that they were worn down. He knocked it out within 30min at the convenience of my home. We took it on a test drive and no more grinding. I found my new company for brakes. Don’t think twice when looking for new brakes!!

So happy I went with NuBrakes! The entire process was simple and straightforward, from requesting a quote to having the work done. No upselling, no runaround. Just honest customer service. Joseph was my mechanic & he was fantastic! Showed up on time, was very kind and knowledgeable, inspected the car, explained what needed work vs. what was unnecessary, and had the job done in under 40 minutes for a great price. It's like having a new car. I'd recommend NuBrakes to anyone, but especially those who don't have the time/schedule to take their car to the shop. 10/10.

They canceled on me in the middle of my scheduled time of 8:30am-1pm. due to a shortage of technicians. I did reschedule for a few days later and on that day, I still hadn't heard from the tech into the last hour of my scheduled time. When I reached out to make sure they weren't going to cancel again last minute, I got a less than friendly response. I decided to just cancel myself rather than take the chance of further waiting for nothing. Not a good first impression and will not try again.

Wow, what can I say about NuBrakes? They did an excellent job! The technician was very professional. We scheduled a service window between 12 noon and 5 PM, and everything was communicated clearly. He arrived around 1 PM and finished in about 30 to 35 minutes. He worked on the front brakes and educated me on what was going on with them. I took pictures, and I could tell he really knows his stuff. He even noticed an issue with my muffler, which I hadn’t been aware of, so now I’m going to get that checked out. I would highly recommend NuBrakes. They’ve been around since 2019, he said. Plus, they’re bonded, the service comes with a warranty, and they gave me a discount!

Joseph came to my home and checked out my cars brake system. Replaced my front brake pads and rotors. He checked out the rear brakes and rotors. Turns out they were still in good shape. It’s nice to be able to see the work being done right outside in my driveway. Joseph, my Technician, was very kind and knowledgeable and answered my questions. I definitely recommend NuBrakes and will use them again if needed in the future. Good job Joseph!!

Joseph helped with my car today. He was able to find the problem and replace in less than 30 minutes. As a added little bonus he actually worked on my car last October(he fixed the near than, the front today) and not only did he remember me, he also remember exactly what he fixed last time. Phenomenal work and excellent customer service,keep up the good work!

Joseph was quick and efficient. Replaced the rear pads and rotors on my 2008 Accord within an hour. Much better then sitting in a shop for half a day or more. Will definitely use them again when it's time for the front brakes.

Was helped by the technician Chris. Super easy to set the appointment through text/website after getting an estimate based off a few questions concerning the car's necessary maintenance. Slightly more than expected to pay in a shop front, but the convenience of them coming to you cannot be undersold. Spent an hour relaxing/cleaning in my apartment versus an hour in a waiting room with strangers. Chris was super communicative about arrival time, necessary repairs, and didn't pressure me for an upsell on changing the front brakes but did show me where they were at currently and when to schedule approximately. 100% recommend!
