They bent my rim up to my brand new ATV I just got. Then can do anything about it. Waited outside for 45 minutes while they were struggling to put my tire on. Worse service EVER!! All they want is money for horrible service. I recommend nobody to waste their time unless they don’t have money to go anywhere else.

Fabio is very inexperienced or just wanted me to rip me off because I am a girl. Took him 10 minutes to look up to cost to have my brake pads replaced on the computer a good mechanic will know a ball park off the top of his head. Then he refused to even look at my pads just wanted to service a car without even looking at it first.

Dropped off 1 tire to have them take the rim off and put a new rim on around 10:15-10:30am today. It is 1:45pm and the tire is not done. I just happen to see my tire with my phone number taped on it, with the same busted rim. Asked for the tire, says oh its not done. After the tire is ready, he says $5 extra- stem.i said for the wait? No. I think I just have bad luck..

He's one of the more affordable shops, but in my opinion he doesn't seem too knowledgeable about certain things (repair-wise). I took my Suburban to him a few weeks ago because I was quite sure that I was having a breaking issue and when I took it to him and broke down to him everything that was happening, he drove the car around the block came back and told me there was no issue; and I asked him "okay well what's the squealing and the squeaking i here coming from the tires", and his exact words were "I do not know". okay a while later maybe a couple more weeks the problem got worse and I talked to a friend of mine who was a mechanic and I told him what was going on and he immediately was just like "yo you have a brake leak"; but by the time I found out what the real issue was it was pretty much too late because now my brakes are so bad that I can't drive my car @ the moment. So he's cheap but he doesn't seem to know much about what he needs to know about what he does for a living, just my opinion.

El peor servicio. no saben acer el trabajo y cobran bastante caro. Despues de echar 7 bueltas para arreglar un mofle. No saben soldar, deverian de quitar el anuncio de que reparan mofles. No pierdan su tiempo y su dinero. vallan a otro lado.

Worst place to get an alignment, the do not do any prealignment check up, they didn't even put air in a tire that was low on air, as soon as I took off the steering wheel got crooked will never go back to them. They don't hsve any guaranty on their work. Este es el peor lugar para hacer una alineación, no revisan nada del vehículo antes de hacer la alineación, una llanta esta baja de aire y ni siquiera la llenaron antes de hacer la alineación, en cuanto me arranque de ahí el volante se enchueco, mi vehículo quedo peor que antes. No dan garantía

It made me give it a star......The most horrible experience EVER. Took my car because my power steering light came on and to replace wipers. Picked up my car 4 days later to a cracked windshield and a whole list of other problems. They took no accountability for my windshield being broken (although I had cat prints all over my car from the cats that live in the garage). I also had an alignment done, which wasn’t done properly and they had to re do it! I also have a different notification which they can’t explain to me why it’s on. Also my car is rattling when I go over 60.....not sure where to go from here😭

This auto shop is very thorough when it comes to my concerns. They even made a service call to my residence to put all four tires on my car when I was unable to come to them. That's 💯 A++
