Not bad service, and hard workers BUT This place is great at blocking the side walk with multiple cars, and it’s makes it extremely difficult to pass through on foot when they’re busy. Especially when you’re a family or small children or have a stroller.

The worst car wash in brooklyn,if you ask to change the oil-they gonna charge you expensive price and not do anything(I checked the oil right after the change-it was dirty and then this old arabic guy who did the oil change was hiding from me in the top storage room!I hope Allah will find you mothef...er!!!Everybody should know that you all scammers over there!

I had more issues than I originally thought but they took care of them all and were very friendly about it. They went above and beyond by cleaning inside my engine and the corrosion on my battery. Very cool to watch the car being washed as it goes behind their NEW glass wall. Highly recommend.

Charged me $ 161, for a volkswagen passat 2012 for oil change and car wash exterior and vacuum. I asked for Mobil 1 oil which I usually always get. Never paid more than $100 to all the places I have been including the car wash. Not happy

Автосервис рассчитанный на людей которые совсем не разбираются в машинах, приехал менять масло в двигателе, сказали нужно менять все фильтра и предложили поменять свечи за 250$, хотя цена одной свечи в магазине 12$

These people charge you $20 for exterior wash and they won’t even dry out the car, they leave it wet, worst service will never go back here again!

20 серпня приїхав поміняти масло в автомобілі, майстер сказав почекати в магазині, через 10 хвилин він приносить мені свічку до мотора і говорить що мені треба чистити інжектор і ще почав мені розказувати що ще треба робити .на що я попросив що мені треба тільки масло поміняти. для чого він пхается до мотора без дозволу ,як масло поміняти то навіщо свічки відкручувати ? Правда мийка наромальна за це їм 5 на заміну масла більше не приїду і нікому не порекомендую

Nasty Service from the cleaning crew, terrible job. The only people pleasant was the girl at the register and the guys that Fried the dirty truck.

The car was not dry enough and the water left drop spots, also mop that was used was put on the ground which lead to scratches outside of the car.

Used to be great ! Now they charge $35 for a $15 wash anywhere else ! And that $15 wash anywhere else is twice better than them !! They barley clean the inside and charge you for things they don’t do that’s included in the package u pay for ! And they use the same dirty rags for in and out the car !! Horrible !

Bad experience from the get go. The guy at the drop off wouldn't explain the different wash options and costs, and almost yelled at me to get out of my car. After a $21 wash, the car inside is dirty, the backseat unhinged, and windows look like it never went through the wash.
