I had an excellent experience at Ocana Tire Repair! The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind and treated me like family. He was honest about the condition of my tires and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find a business that values honesty and integrity. The guy changed my tire with the urgency of an F1 pit crew. In an out with a brand new tire in 15 minutes tops. Not only are they fast, but super nice and helpful. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs a quick fix or replacement.

Felix and his team are amazing. After a very scary commute following the first snow of the season Felix steered me in the right direction toward new tires. I got a flat tire and most of the shops nearby had already closed for the day. I called Ocana Tire Repair to see if they could take me in. By the time I got the spare on and got over to the shop, it was a couple minutes to closing. I called again to make sure I could still get in, and he reassured me that it was okay and he was "waiting for me". My tire ended up needing a full replacing and he was so quick to get it done. Amazing service from someone who seemed to genuinely care about helping.

I've been here several times now for multiple vehicles. The service has been convenient, quick, and well done each time, for everything from tire repairs, tire mount/balance, and winter/summer wheel swaps. Would highly recommend!

These guys are great! Very trustworthy and honorable. I asked about having a tire sensor replaced, and they told me it wasn’t necessary. The owner, Felix, has always provided top-notch service. He went out of his way to help me fix an issue with my tire pressure light that just would not go off. After a lot of troubleshooting, he solved the issue! This is now my go-to place for any tire issues.

I've gone here about 4 times over the last 2 years for random tire issues (mostly nails in my tire. thanks, Chicago.) The owner is the fastest and hardest working man I've ever seen. He is always able to help right away, he's straight forward about the issue and he's honest about how much longer he thinks I have before new tires are needed. He's never tried to sell me anything day of, just gives his advice. And he's affordable! So glad to live so close to this neighborhood institution!

Highest level of speed and quality I have ever experienced. I had to get a new TPMS installed, I was in-and-out. My dash is now free from the unpleasant light. The staff is both welcoming and efficient.

I have flat tire I call them the guy coming put spare wheels I drove to shop and they fixed flat tire I'm so happy it's so easy and fast this service is amazing
