Got scammed here last week straight up. Ended up getting my car towed to a different place. This place isn’t a place for women to have services fairly provided to them, they treat you like an idiot and take advantage of you.

They repaired a tire for me for a very reasonable price, and so I brought my other vehicle in for some mechanical work. They did a good job and seem trustworthy, so I will be returning for future needs.

I had a slow leak in my tire. I came here without an appointment & despite how busy they were, Wally had it patched and ready to go within 20-25 min for $25. Love this place! Friendly, fast & affordable!

I had been putting off an oil change until I got a screw in my tire last night (cool, cool, cool), so I showed up when they opened and they replaced my tire, changed my oil, and had me out in about 2 hours. They were professional, kind, reasonably priced and so helpful! I will definitely be back

I’m age 50, and I have never been to auto place where I’m as confident in the service as I am at OB Tire. These guys are honest, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, friendly, great priced, and so much more! (Wally is my favorite). I love this shop.

I was in such a tight spot (thanks Biden), having only 1/2 of the cost. They didn't fix my tire, they put a better one on instead. I cannot understand how these wonderful people can make a living, feed and support their families while giving away some of their necessities, I don't know. But grateful, nothing less, I am. As a matter a fact, words cannot describe what I feel for them.

The reviews don't lie. This is a great place to take your vehicle. I called about a patch. Couldn't patch it so we put four brand new tires on it. Had me in and out in. The location is great for your wait went to the beach. Would highly recommend

These guys always treat me with respect, and they remember me by name. I went there today for an oil change and tire rotation. My car’s engine is more quiet and the car handles better over all. I highly recommend OB tire center to anyone that doesn’t work on cars regularly. These guys are professionals!

I brought my Toyota in today to get my 4 tires changed. Initially I dealt with Michael with pricing and then interacted with David and Wally. These guys are very friendly, helpful and gave me a great price that is unmatched elsewhere. I went to these guys a few years back with my previous Hyundai car aswell and they are always very professional, very honest and super attentive. I would highly recommend this tire store for any of your car needs especially tire replacement.

These guys are great! Friendly, knowledgeable, quick and honest.They took my car in without appointment during the Monday’s big flood as my window wipers died. They found the issue, quoted a reasonable price and I got my car n back within 36 hours. They even showed me the part that had to be replaced! First time EVER I don’t feel as I was taken advantage of. Very honest My new mechanic 💕

The best of the best. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times they’ve been there for me. Being a Lyft & Uber driver in San Diego, with its many dips and potholes, does a real number on my tires, needless to say. These guys come through in a pinch every single time to get me back on road in a jiffy. Plus they’re located 2 blocks away from my house. Give them your business, you won’t regret it!!! This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting tires and also one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever received. Thank you Ocean Beach Tire, especially Wally who was helping me from start to finish. My service requested was a couple new tires, alignment and an oil change which Wally gave me a great quote on. Best price I’ve found for the quality of work and value. I’m beyond grateful I went with a friends recommendation to come here, as it was my first time. I couldn’t recommend this place more and I will definitely be going back for future car maintenance.

Wow! These guys are fantastic! Friendly, courteous, efficient and right on the money. I’ve had a few issues in recent months with both our cars. At relatively little notice, the guys have slotted me in and had the vehicle back to me in short time. I highly recommend this family owned business to any and everybody! Reliable, great communication, excellent work and all for a good price. I’ll be using them as my sole auto repairer and tyre shop. I had planned on making this my new car repair shop after my old place shut down. When my check engine light came on it was time to bite the bullet. Well David was so nice and told me to bring it in to see what was going on (mind you it was then end of the day). Turns out I needed new spark plugs & coils. Left the car and had it back in 2 days. Car is running like a champ. Thanks David & OB Tire Repair crew :)

A few months ago, I bought 4 tires and got an alignment with them. I went back today, since I had a rotation for “free” after replacing the tires and they said they can't rotate them. They wanted to replace 2 of them again, because they're already worn out. I've driven 18k miles after the replacement I've never had tires last this short. SAME TIRE IS HALF PRICE, 20 min down south. Don’t go there guys… save your money

I arrived mid day with a slow tire leak. Even though the shop was full and everyone seemed busy they took me right in and patched the tire in under 30 mins! Couldn't be happier with the customer service or the price! Highly recommended 👌

The staff was excellent. Wally in particular! My wife and I discovered that we needed an emergency oil change while passing through the area, and Wally took us in at a moment’s notice and was very friendly and willing to help and give honest advice. Highly recommend.

One of the best mechanic shops there is. Our car decided to have the splash shield under the engine bay fall half-way off on our trip to San Diego, and then drag on the road. Tried removing it myself by parking the car half on a sidewalk, didn’t work. AAA came and couldn’t help as usual. And all the other mechanic shops in the area were closed, except this one. With 30 minutes left in their hours, they took us in right away, no questions asked. Charged a very good price to remove it so we could make our way back home 2.5 hours away. Everyone was super friendly and kind. This is a Family-Run business that is honest, and very happy to do what they do. A+++ Customer Service and Quality Workmanship. This will be our go-to shop for any vehicle related matters in San Diego from now on. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!
