Called in prior to going to shop and agreed on a $50 after reading him my tire size. I send my fiancée to get it replaced, they stripped a bolt & attempted to charge me $17 more than previously discussed. Once notified that the amount was not agreed upon amount, the attendant lowered the price to $60 and swiped my card. I will be disputing this with my bank ! Y’all are attempting to rob people blind ! I’ll stick to paisanos on university Blvd instead ! They’re HONEST people ! They had no idea I was coming back Wednesday for the other 3 tires. Y’all screwed yourselves out of what could’ve been good business ! I will never be coming back.

Awful people. Test drove a car and had my mechanic check it out and came back next day to pick it up AFTER asking them if i could still come get it and after telling me i could come. I got there they already sold it and told me “oh well you should have came earlier” when i was there 2 days in a row and asked them if it was still there. Now i’m sitting with a large cash withdrawal and 3 days of time wasted. Do not waste your time on these people. Bad business, bad people, gross looking shop.

New management is a joke. Want to be over priced and have some meth junkies put your tires on then go here !! Broke my center cap and scratched my rims up. Owner didn’t care didn’t even apologize. Oceanways finest here y’all !

I buy tires from there all the time. Got a tire on Friday. Noticed on Saturday that it had a slow leak, didn't have time to go Saturday, went Sunday morning & no one was there. Went Monday morning, they tried to tell me it was a nail that did it, but couldn't show me the nail. Said the nail wasn't in there Then they tried to charge me $20 for a plug. I will not be going back there.

Absolutely horrible called they said they had me used tires 60.00. Drove 45 minutes to get there and told they don’t have them want 180 for new! Don’t go Here!!

Do not buy tires from here! I repeat do not buy tires from here! They sell tires with holes in them and refuse to exchange the tires when they inevitably go flat.

Terrible service the lady is so rude, that lies. we returned a u haul as we got it with more gas then we got it with on accident even and she said she had to clean it and charged us 26.88 I have pictures of when we picked up and dropped it and we left it the same as we picked it up the cabin was clean and the rear had a few leaves

Used this place several times in the past with no issues. Guess they have new owners or something because my experience today was horrible. Quoted me 50$ on phone and when I went to pay they charged me 75$ which is way too much for a used tire. Funny thing is the guy who mounts the tires said it should have only been a 40$ tire which made me even madder. It's not about the money, it's the fact that I feel lied to me to make 25$ extra which is wrong no matter how you slice it. There are too many other affordable, good used tire places in Jacksonville. Choose another one and save yourself the grief! It's not worth the trouble.

Will not rent from u haul again. Customer service awful. No one on site, had to call and wait for rep to arrive at office. Provided incorrect information regarding pricing and billing. Could not spell name correctly and thus mobile app would not work and could not get receipt. Charged for almost every possible addition to increase overall bill. Would not provide assistance and was directed to call u haul directly for resolution.

Chinos tire shop I definitely recommend them I was in a bad way and the owner knocked $50 off of 4 used tires, because I only had 150 and they costed 200. Thank you

I got my tire mounted from here and they damaged my rim so the new tire I had bought blew within a d*** week. Do not recommend. The guy was rude and had an attitude. Cause he was busy and trying to rush to get everyone out he wasn't being careful.

They deserve no stars to be honest !!! Being kind, being respectful , being a descent human being towards another human cost you absolutely NOTHING. It also takes the same amount of effort as it does to be nasty. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude from the moment she answered the phone. I was taught to speak, to acknowledge someone before you just start barking out what you want. When someone cares enough to ask you how are you doing today, it’s polite to answer them. Not just say, what do you need!!! Having a bad day is NO EXCUSE for mistreating anyone. That’s what’s wrong with this world now, people forgot how to be kind to one another.

Don’t, I repeat DON’T rent a UHAUL from OCEANWAY TIRES!! We did everything that was asked and returned clean and with gas and they charged my card for an additional &75.00 for a “cleaning fee” just don’t want anyone else getting robbed from sneaky people trying to make a quick buck!

Horrible costumer service. Told me 1 price on my tire and switched it after he changed my tire. Then had an attitude with me for speaking against it. Threatening to put a bad tire on instead.

I've been coming here for years, however, quality and service has dropped pretty bad, I had a tire repaired here, and it failed...no problem, these things happen, when I came back the next day, a gentleman told me they were closed, because their one tech called out. Place is run down, needs to get with the program.

Run don't walk away from this place. The lady is a complete jerk, the place is filthy and disgusting!! They will scam you if you use U-Haul through them also. Charged $ 20.00 for returning a vehicle early because I had to go to work. "After hours service fees".... Complete B.S. they have a key drop box, but no mention Anywhere of any fees for dropping off early there. Screw them!!

Rented a U Haul from out of state and tried returning it to this location per our contract. Came to drop off the trailer at 3:45pm before they closed at 4:30 and nobody was there. Apparently the hours listed were incorrect on Google and on their website. They tried to charge me an "after hours fee" because I dropped it off after hours, but I was going by their web info and Google. The woman I spoke with couldn't communicate properly and was quick with me when I tried getting the correct info and made her aware of their web info. Horrible customer service. We will never use this business again.
