I drive an audi hybrid which aren't common. I visited another oil change place and they couldn't find the dipstick because the vehicle literally does not have one. I decided to try someplace else. I called oil buddy asked them if they knew about audi hybrids and the person on the phone not only knew about them not having a dipstick but advised me to pick up an oil filter since they probably didn't have one due to it being uncommon. They did end up having one but still deducted the cost of the oil filter from the service. While one of the technicians was filling the fluids he came across a reservoir that was "locked". He asked me about it and I had no idea why that thing was "locked". The gentleman who I spoke with on the phone overheard and immediately informed both me and the tech that that reservoir was coolant for the electric battery and was only to be opened at dealers, hence the 'lock". His knowledge/experience immediately put any fears I had to rest. Less than 20 minutes later I was on my way. I am bad with names but the dude with the A4 wagon you rock.

First time here got an oil change for my Mazda 3 & will definitely be returning! Employees were so helpful & nice ! Never going to a take 5 ever again ! P.S whoever was on aux was playing some fireee bangers lol

Workers at oil buddy made me feel comfortable for the oil change I was going into to have, and they also gave me further information and instructions to get more work done on my car when needed. It is also very close to my job to go right after I’m done working.

Best place to get your oil changed!!… i never had to get out of my car!!… ive been here a couple times. They did my oil, tires, filters, added new windshield wipers and i was in and out in less than 30 minutes!!

I found this place online and after reading their positive reviews decided to go. I was sure glad I did as the service was top notch, the people friendly and very reasonably priced! We are moving up to Showlow but will be visiting the valley every few months and this is my new 'to go place' for an oil change every time!

I like the convenience of it, oil change while you wait in car. “Drive ins” welcomed. Not sure on quality of oils used, but figure it’s fine for older used cars that I own. They don’t do mechanical work, so you don’t have to worry about unnecessary upselling like other places do to you. Only upselling is additives for oil, which I usually don’t use. Very pleasant techs that get you in and on your way.

Quick, efficient and informative car care. It's pricy these days but that can't be helped. Everybody's cost of living escalated from 1-21-21 from raising the price of borrowed money (affecting most businesses and anyone who has a variable-rate mortgage on their home/condo, and any tenant whose landlord bought the apartment on a mortgage), and then after selling our oil reserves to China in 2021-22, the cost of everything that has to be delivered went up because diesel prices tripled. In that kind of economic uncertainty, a well-maintained auto can rescue you from sudden giant repair bills. Keep your engine and tranny lubed and your tires inflated. It helps!
