Friendly staff who are fast on their feet to meet your needs. Each of the employees was in motion doing something productive and they sincerely seem happy that I'm there. This culture is cultivated by the experience of the store manager Joey - who is EXCELLENT!! His staff truly understands the lost art of customer service and they've earned a customer for life.

Their website says they offer "radiator and coolant system" maintenance. I go in with an average 2020 Jeep Compass, nothing special about it. The dude, after flipping thru his phone searching for god knows what comes to my window and says they don't have "the tool" needed. Umm, I have flushed the radiator on my Jeep....NO TOOLS ARE REQUIRED. You open a valve and the fluid runs out. Flushing a radiator requires far less "skill" than changing the oil, and they can't complete that very simple task? I would never have trust these folks on a oil change...maybe they are qualified to add windshield wiper fluid, but that would be it.

Arrived an hour and a half after the time they were scheduled to be open; there was one car being serviced with two open lanes. After 5 minutes, I left because nobody acknowledged that I was there and waiting.

Expensive oil change...found cheaper places. They tried to sell me what appeared to be uneccesary stuff. Also, wish there was a waiting room with coffee instead of sitting in car. Not a long time to wait tho. Staff were super friendly. Recommend but compare price with other places.

The place is called Valvoline not Oil Can Henry's. I got my oil changed and light bulb replaced I wasn't thrilled to see that the oil change went up almost $30 kind of pissed me off but I guess I'm stuck with it. The people are nice they were slower than usual there's only three or four guys in the kept walking around back and forth to the different Vehicles which kind of bugged me but I know right now I'm not in a great mood about other things so maybe that's just my attitude don't know got the job done spent more than I wanted but it had to be done

They need better people working on people's cars specially when your service at them and you're making errors and not put things back on the car correctly

Caring customer service every time! Someone failed or got spooked trying to steal my sister's catalytic converter early Sunday morning. No one was open except OCH and even though it's not what they do, they were kind enough to take a look to see how bad it was so we could determine if the car could be driven back to Eugene. I will forever recommend coming here.
