Have been going to this location from nearly 5 years now, oil changes and maintenance for our car and vehicle and motorcycle inspections for tag renewals, the staff is always professional and courteous, although they do provide the additional items that may need attention, I never feel pressured into purchasing additional items or services. I was In early on. 12/1 for inspections, had a great conversation with Brian and his co-worker, (did not catch her name).

Seems like their state inspection process is broken. Previously, my vehicles have had issues. They input the wrong information and couldn’t fix it without asking us to return. We discovered this after they gave us the passing documents, but the state could not register/renew the vehicle due to their errors. Now, I go back with a different vehicle and the inspector tries to encourage me to buy their marked up windshield wipers or I will fail. I took the fail, replaced the wiper blade, and again had to spend extra time just to get the vehicle to pass. Avoid the establishment. I will not be returning.

This is the best oil changers in EP!! They are so fast and reliable. I’m going to go there for every oil change and inspection!!! Stella and Brian are especially helpful and friendly

Everyone was Amazing. I had no problems. They talk you and show you what they are doing. It's a great place to go. They put air in your tires which is nice.

I've been going here for over a year for all my vehicles. The staff, specifically Brian & Stella, are knowledgeable & professional, fast & friendly. While they do offer extras, like air filters, they are not high-pressure at all. I definitely recommend this location!

This is my go to destination for getting my car serviced and inspected. They are very fast and efficient. I've never had any issues. Thank goodness they don't treat me like I'm a "stupid" female who doesn't know anything about cars.

Took my vehicle in for my annual state inspection. 10 minutes in total. They washed my windshield during the inspection which I am sure they didn't have to do.

Veronka, Stella, and Brian truly makes this the best oil changers in El Paso. I know that I can come to them for anything and they make sure that not only that my car is taken care of, but I am too! My whole family makes sure that we go to this location because we love the team and the service they provide. You can get an oil change nowadays anywhere, but people who care and will go out of their way to make sure everything in your car is taken care without constantly trying to sell you stuff you don’t need is rare. Give these people raises because they are the reason why this location is better than the others.

I visited this establishment last week for a state inspection. The service provided by the majority of your staff was great - quick, efficient, and courteous. However, I must express disappointment with an incident involving Stella. After completing my payment for the service, I approached Stella outside to obtain my receipt. I briefly returned inside to get my child and my mother. As we walked towards my vehicle, Stella hastily maneuvered another car directly behind mine, abruptly braking and repeatedly honking. This occurred while we were barely getting in my car. Having been a loyal customer at this location for several years, this incident has regrettably impacted my perception of this place. Overall I would not recommend going here solely for the subpar customer service experience we had.

I would give zero stars. Took my truck for a state inspection they took it on themselves to remove the air filter and broke the tabs!. Went back spoke with the manager whp denied ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!! These guys are suchna SCAMMERS! AVOID THEM they even lost one screw
