I'm literally remembering this location as I write - I'm going today - Chris clearly made my experience worth my while I sat in the vehicle as they changed the oil filter. Amazing service! I did not feel uncomfortable interacting with them.

Excellent customer service! Hands down! One thing I cannot say about their other location on N Zaragosa and Montwood. Went to Montwood first, and they said they didn't have the filter for my truck, nor the plug. Long story short, came to find out they were just too lazy to get it done. Came to Joe Battle and Pellicano and what a difference. Great customer service by Chris, will definitely keep coming to this location.

What a great place to have your car serviced ! Chris was very helpful and gave me some good recommendations. I feel like Chris and the team that worked on my car took their time and made sure everything was done right . I will now only bring my car to this location for it's oil changes . They showed me the old filters and showed me the dip stick level after the new oil was added something no other place has done .
